What happens when germany doesn't come to the meeting

Based upon an rp in a hetalia rp game that happened who knows when

Italy: *early in the meeting room oddly* Ve~ I better think about what Japan told me. (The Japan told me to try to eat less pasta when they are in public) *doodling a (dick) heart on a chalkboard*

China: *has a rather feminine hairstyle* *walks in*

Italy: *erases the chalkboard*

Japan: *walks in and takes a seat*

Italy: *sits down and starts to doodle*

~Timeskip to a part that I remember which actually isn't that long of a timeskip~

England: *is drunk and climbs on the table*

China?: Get of of the table. (I know someone said that I just don't remember who)

England: *Climbs onto giant globe that is on the table and starts dancing*

(Yes this happened.)

Japan: *climbs onto globe*

England: *Jumps off of the globe*

Japan: *somehow gets his ass stuck on the globe*

Almost everyone: Shingeki no Nihon's Arse!

~this went on for a few minuets even after Japan got his ass off of the globe~

Italy: *somehow phases halfway through the floor* Help! (Yes that happened too)

*other countries gather around but do not help*

Italy: ;-; I am now one with the floor. (I remember that I said that I was one with the floor)

~I then left for like five minuets~

China: *Talking about one of the baltics and himself as a pairing* (I don't remember which baltic it was)

Italy: *Brings up Shingeki no Nihon's Arse then gets out of the floor finally*

~That went on for a few more minuets~

Fem!Scotland: *chasing Japan with a sword for reasons unknown*

Italy: *Joins Fem!Scotland*

Everyone: *shocked*

China: He's been possesed by his 2p!
