Kaoru x Shy Reader

You looked up from your books to be met with golden orbs looking back at you. You jumped back a little. "Yo-you scared me.." You said shyly.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to, I just couldn't help it. You're just so beautiful I thought I'd get a closer look and you're even more beautiful up close." The golden eyes boy replied with a smile.

You blushed at his comment. "I must confess, I've admired your beauty for a while now, and just haven't had the courage to tell you.. I really like you (y/n)." He said looking into your eyes once more.

"Kaoru.. I.." You blush and look down. He grabs your chin and makes you look back at him. "You look so cute when you blush." He said inching closer to you. "Will you be mine, (y/n)?" Kaoru whispered.

You nodded in reply, not seeming to get the words out. His lips then meet yours, you hesitated slightly but started kissing back. His tongue asked for entrance, you didn't hesitate to let him in and explore your mouth. Your teeth graze along his tongue causing him to moan slightly. He puts his hands on your waist and picks you up placing him on your lap. You tangle your fingers in his hair and pull slightly getting another moan from the boy. He pulls away from the kiss and starts to kiss down your neck, you moan when he finds your sweet spot. His hands then start traveling up your sides...

Your eyes shot open and you sat up straight, blushing at the dream you'd just had. You looked around to see where you were, you were in the library. You looked at the time, school had finished not long ago. It wasn't like you to sleep during class or even a study period. You gathered your things putting them in your bag and heading off, you were lost in your train of thought when you pumped into someone and being covered in a brown powder. "I am so sorry!" The person you bumped into you said. You looked up to be met with those golden orbs. "I should've watched where I was going.." You said shyly.

"Here, come with me, we have spare uniforms at the host club." You look down then back up at the boy and nod. You turn around and follow him to the host club. "Kaoru is it..?" You say shyly. "Yeah.. It is, how did you know..?" He looked at you starstruck.

"I don't know.. I just sort of asked.." You say quietly. "Oh." Was all he said.

"What is this stuff.." You gesture to the powder on your dress.

"It's instant coffee." He says. You look at him again only just realizing he was carrying a bag full of this 'instant coffee'. Once you walked into the host club Kaoru put the coffee on one of the tables. "Follow me." Kaoru says walking further to the club.

"What happened Kaoru?" Hikaru said running towards his brother.

"I bumped into (y/n) on the way here and I got coffee all over her so I'm going to get her a clean uniform." Kaoru explains, you blush, he knows my name? You thought to yourself.

"As long as you aren't hurt." Hikaru said to his brother quite lovingly.

"I'm fine Hikaru, entertain the guests, I'll be out shortly." Kaoru said before walking off. You followed behind with your head down, you were so embarrassed. You then entered another room, you looked around, there were spare uniforms, teapots and tea cups and other bits and pieces. "This dress looks about your size." Kaoru said holding the dress out to you. "The changing room is just in there." He pointed to another door. "I'll wait here." You nod and walk into the other room.

There was a big mirror on the further side of the room, and had a table on the left side of it. You place the clean dress on it and got changed. You put the new dress on and surprisingly it fit perfectly. You walked back out with your dirty dress in hand. You looked up at Kaoru who was leaning against the wall. Once he noticed you he pushed himself off the wall and walked towards you. "How does is fit, did I pick the right size?" Kaoru asked.

You nodded. "Yes, th-thank you." You blushed and mentally slapped your face for stuttering.

"Here, I'll take that home and get it cleaned for you." He took the dress from you.

"No you don't have to." You gestured trying to get it back.

"It's the least I could do." He insisted. You put your arms at your side not wanting to push on.

"To make up for today do you want to go out with me this weekend?" Kaoru asks you with slightly pink cheeks. "You see.." He scratched the back of his neck before looking at you. "I really like you (y/n), and I'm really sorry for what happened earlier.." He said looking at you.

"S-sure, I'll go out with you Kaoru." You say looking down, your cheeks very red. Kaoru kissed your cheek making you blush even more. "Come on, let's go." He said extending his hand to you. You took it and you both walked out to the host club room.

~ time skip to a few months later ~

You and Kaoru had been dating for a bit now, you were so happy, yeah it may have only been a few months but they've been so good, you've gotten to know him quite well and even had a close friendship with his brother. You often visited the host club, not usually when there were guests, you didn't want to ruin the brotherly love thing your boyfriend and his brother had, but you'd go in afterwards and have coffee and cake (if there was any left) with Kaoru and the other host club members. They really had grown on you. You were still pretty shy and quiet but you were getting there.

"Hey (y/n) we're going to the beach tomorrow, make sure you're ready. We will be picking you up at nine." Tamaki said towards you.

"O-okay, I'll be ready." You said feeling slightly awkward as everyone stared at you.

"You don't have to go if you don't want to." Kaoru whispered in your ear.

"No, I want to go." You said looking towards your boyfriend. He didn't say anything, he just picked you up and sat you on his lap. "Well then do you want to wear one of mums new bathing pieces?"

"I guess I could." You said to the boy.

"We'll go to mine after this and you can try some on and see what you like." Kaoru said.

"Sounds like a date." You say smiling up at him.

He quickly kissed you on the lips. You blushed at him then turning to listen to the conversation between the other hosts.
