Yang woke up a few hours later to see everyone else was still asleep. It had been a rough few days for everyone, so she understood why. She yawned, stretched, and almost smacked the sleeping Blake beside her before remembering she was there.

"Shit, I still need to figure out what to do with Blake." Yang thought to herself, seeing the heiress roll over in her sleep to face away from her. "Maybe if I sneak her out... No, she's probably enjoying being back with her team normally."

Yang sat thinking for only a few minutes before Ruby woke up and jumped down from her bunk.

"Ruby, I need your help." Yang whispered, motioning for Ruby to come over to her bunk. "What do I do about Blake?"

"What do you mean... Oh yeah, she's here isn't she? Well... Maybe we could just tell Weiss? She's too weak to fight or yell still so she could just get used to it?" Ruby suggested, shrugging her shoulders and sitting at the cardboard box they were using as a table.

"We can't just do that, she'd still flip and say mean things to her. We have two weak girls on our hands, we can't have them fighting. They both need to recover." Yang said, slowly getting down from her bunk.

Ruby jolted as there was a loud knock on the door, stirring both the sleeping and awake persons in the room. Ruby stood up and walked to the door to see the doctor from the medical ward.

"Hey Doc, what's up?" Ruby asked, sipping her cold coffee from earlier.

"I came to talk about Weiss, and check up on her condition." The doctor said, walking in with permission. "She suffered some head trauma from the small crown she was wearing smacking against her head."

"What kind of head trauma? Major concussion? Loss of the frontal lobe?" Yang said, spitting out the only part of the brain she knew.

"Memory loss. About three whole weeks before the incident if I had to say. She also will not remember you guys for the first short amount of time, but she should remember everything about you from at most three months before the incident." The doctor said, shaking Weiss' shoulder gently to wake her up.

"Wait, she can't remember anything from the past three months? Nothing at all?" Yang said a bit too cheerily, earning very stern looks from Ruby and the doctor.

"Why exactly is that good? She won't remember winning the awards at the ceremony!" Ruby yelled, her hands in the air before she froze with a realization. "Actually, that's probably a good thing. Trust me Doc, we need her to forget that."

"Ah, about Blake? You do have a point. She should be waking up soon." The doctor said as Weiss groaned.

"Get your hands off of me, do you know who I am?" Weiss grumbled, shielding her eyes from the daylight coming through the window.
