As I pulled up to Derek's loft, I was helping him find his pack members that went missing a few month's ago, I was nervous and I didn't know why. You can do this, so what if you had to be in the same room with him. You can do this. I walked up the stairs and was about to knock, when Derek opened the door and greeted me.
"Sorry I'm late but a had a few errands to run."
"I'm glad that you agreed to help us find the rest of my pack."
"It's the least I can do." I walked further into the loft and joined Isaac at the table whom was pacing back and forth.
"You know, I'm starting not to like this idea. Sounds kinda dangerous." Isaac explained as he continued to pace, but stood for a moment while he processed his thoughts. "You know what? I definitely don't like this idea, and I definitely don't like him." Isaac said as he began to pace again.
"You'll be fine." I said to him trying my best to encourage him.
"Does it have to be him?" Isaac asked referring to Peter.
"He knows how to do it. I don't." Derek said obviously trying to keep Isaac's spirits up.
"Besides it would be more dangerous if Derek or myself tried doing ourselves." I explain to try to calm Isaac down, but the look on his face said otherwise.
"You know Scott doesn't trust him, right?" He asked but before Derek could get a word in, he continued. "You know, personally, I'd-- Well, I'd trust Scott." Ouch, way to put down your Alpha, kid.
"Do you trust me?" Derek asked trying to sound if he didn't just get his feelings hurt.
"Yeah, I trust you both." Aww! "I still don't trust him." I continued to rant on and on about how he feels about Peter.
"Nobody likes him."
"Hey! I sort of like him. I mean, when he isn't trying to kill someone, that is." I added my two cents worth in. All of a sudden the front door creaked as it slid open and revealing Peter.
"Boys." he said and I cleared my throat to gain his attention. "And Marisa. F.Y.I., yes, coming back from the dead has left my abilities somewhat impaired, but the hearing still works. So I hope you're comfortable saying whatever it is you're feeling straight to my face." He said with an emphasis on the word "but", and looked in between the three of us.
"We don't like you." Derek said as he stood and tossed a book on the table then said "Now shut up and help us."
"Hey! Hang on a minute." I started as they all looked my way. "They don't like you, but I'm still in debate about it." I stated as I crossed my arms across my chest feeling annoyed.
"Fair enough, but, Marisa coming from you that kinda hurt a little." He stated as he flicked out his claws.

Five minutes later and we were still waiting for Peter to start, but of course he was taking his slow ass time.
"Relax. I'll get more out of you if you're calm." Peter told Isaac as he made his way towards him.
"How do you know how to do this, again?" Isaac asked Peter out of pure curiosity.
"It's an ancient ritual used mostly by Alphas, since it's a skill that requires quite a bit of practice." Peter stated as he made his way behind a very nervous Isaac, while he measured for the best place to sink his clawed hand into the back of Isaac's neck. "One slip, and you could paralyze someone. Or kill them."
"Yo--You've had a lot of practice, though, right?" Isaac asked.
"Well, I've never paralyzed anyone." Peter said while catching Isaac off guard.
