Chapter 18:

Niall's POV:

"Niall?" Jenn sighed.

"Yeah?" I said, tucking her hair behind her ear.

"I still love you." What.... She still loved me!? Aww.. Well, I still love her, but, I.... don't think I'd work out...

"I still love you, too." I wanted to be honest.

Her smile widened as she hugged me and I hugged her back tightly.

Jenns POV:

Monday. Great. I'm just not ready for the name calling and the rumors yet.

I quickly walked down my stairs as I fixed my hair into a ponytail. Today, Lola and Hannah were gonna drive me to school.

"C'mon girls! were gonna be late!" I said as I watched Hannah and Harry come out of one room and Lola and Zayn came out of another. I watched as they said their good byes and kissed one another. Painful.

I walked down the hallway and watched as people whispered things. I wish I could just explain. But I don't have time for them. If they wanna judge me, so be it. They didn't know half the story, anyways.

"How'd you get that black eye!?" This mean girl,Dana asked. She was just doing it to draw attention to it. Typical.

"Maybe you should just mind your own business." I mumbled, walking past her. And then she lifted up her foot to trip me.

I fell face-first as I tried to catch myself with my hands. My books and hands flew everywhere and everyone just laughed.

"Are you seriously that immature.!?" I heard a voice yell from behind Dana. But I didn't seem to recognise the voice as I stood up and Dana turned around.

I stood up and I saw familiar long blonde hair in front of Dana.

Emily.

Yeah, I didn't like her and didn't expect her to be here, but we were 'amigos' as I recalled.

"Why don't you just mind your own business?" Dana sneered as she rolled her boring blue eyes.

"Funny. I could ask you the same." Emily said, referring to what Dana had said earlier about my eye.

"You know what, just leave me alone!" Dana complained in her annoying squeaky voice.

Dana stormed off into the bathroom, crying away her mascara.

I got all my papers and books and made my way towards Emily.

"Thanks so much, Emily." I was still surprised by her earlier actions.

"Eh, it was nothing. Anything for an old friend." She said, smiling, playfully pinching my forearm. Her kind actions toward me made me consider whether I should invite her to my party or not.

"Emily?" I said as I caught her attention before she turned to leave.

"hmm?" She responded to me.

"Well, I'm having this graduating party and I was wondering if you would like to go?" I said, giving her an invitation.

"Of course!" She said, taking it.

Hey guys.... sorry. Haven't updated in months. Been busy. Hey! Like the new cover? Heh. I'm making a new story but I'm not posting it till I update all my other story's....
