He kissed me. I don't know what to think or what to do. So I kissed back. We had a very passionate kiss. I've always thought of Calum in a best friend way, at times a little more but when he got a girlfriend I pushed those feelings aside. I knew the moment we met that I liked Calum, he was the cutest. We were like 7 and we both connected but neither of us knew what love felt like, we thought it was a best friend kind of love. All of the " I love you's" we shared to show our friend love. I always meant it as 'I love you' but I never knew how he felt, so, of course when he'd say 'I love you so much! Best friends forever?" It broke my heart. My feelings for Calum never changed. Obviously now a days I would convince myself that, yeah he's attractive and smart and athletic and I love every single thing about him, I Ignored my feelings, no matter how strong they were.
We broke the kiss and stared at each other's eyes for what seemed like years.
"I love you Brynn. So much, and I-I had to get that off of my chest because it's been there for 11 fucking years and I can't get rid of them because once you like someone it's so fucking hard to abandon those feelings no matter how hard I try, I can't because I love you, and who you are. All of our sleepovers and pranks, sneaking out at night and going to each other's house's constantly made me fall in love with you and you not having those feelings for me is driving me insane and I....I love you and how you seperate all items of food on your plate or how when your thinking you purse your lips together and when you're upset you always fiddle with your hands and when you smile it's the absolute best thing in the world and brightens up my day... No matter how cheesy or cliche I sound right now. I really love you."
Wow. He said all my feelings and every thing I needed to say in one beautiful paragraph. How do I reply to that? I did what I've wanted to do since day 1.
I kissed him. Instead of him kissing me.
He was taken aback.
"I love you too. I've tried getting rid of all my feelings for you and you're right. They don't go anywhere and whenever you got a new girlfriend my heart broke a little and I'm- I'm just glad that we got these feelings out now."
"So what should we do?" "I-I think before we go any further, you should at least break up with her." "I already broke up with her... Actually I called things off a week ago....and I don't have to worry about Michael anymore. He scared me." I laughed "He scared you?!" "Yeah he was a little intimidating but at the same time he was like a kitten." "He is a kitten" we sat in silence for two minutes until Calum said something brilliant "Ashton is having a party tonight, wanna go?" "Only if I'm allowed to get drunk" "Definitely, but don't tell your step-" oh god. I completely forgot I told him that I loved Luke. "I choose you. I love you. I mean it." "Can I kiss you again?" I nod and smile. His hands cup my cheeks and slowly inches toward my face.
I chose Calum over Luke.

"Okay I think I'm ready for that party, do you wanna change or you ready?" I looked down at myself. "I think I'll get changed. Wait here."
I didn't know what to change into so I called Calum upstairs. Calum has seen me with a bra on and pants on (no shirt) but to tease him a little more I may or may not be in my matching Black lace bra and panties... oops.
"Yeah babe?" he pushes the door open and his jaw drops. "I need help deciding what too wear" "Uh- I- uh-I-I don't umm. I knew you were beautiful but holy shit Brynn. You look like a fucking Goddess." I don't think I'm thin at all or pretty for that matter but I'm comfortable around calum because I've known him for so long, if this were Michael or Ashton I wouldn't have shown so much of my self. "Uhm no but thanks. Now focus Cal!! What do I wear?!" I laid two outfits out on my bed. The first one is a short black dress with black pumps and the second outfit is a lot more casual. It's a pair of high wasted demin shorts, a cute short sleeve top and a pair of blue wedges.
"This one" he held up the dress "You'd look so fucking hot in this. I took it from him and slid it on, putting the pumps on and turned around to face Calum. "Nope. Never mind. You cant wear that." a frown appeared on my face. I actually liked this and how I looked in it. I looked relatively thin in it. "I was right. You look Hot and I cant have that because I don't want any of those boys to take my girl." his girl . The way he said it sent shivers down my spine. "Shut up, no one is going to go after me" he pulled me towards him "Everyone is going to go after you babe." I shook my head. "You don't believe me?" I shook my head again. "Well I'll prove it too you. Ill be with you all night and if any guy comes up too you and flirts with you...You have to make out with me" he grins. I know that's not going to happen so I said accepted this little bet of his.
It's not like it's a horrible bet anyways, I wouldn't mind a mini make out session.
When we got to Ashton's house it was crowded with people, drinking or smoking or making out. Ashton saw us and walked over too us. "Hey guys!! So glad you could make it!" "Thanks for inviting us" Calum peeped up. He sneaked his arm around my waist and Ashton stared at it. "Are you two a thing or..?" "Yeah we are." Calum looked at me and smiled, I smiled back. Ashtons eyes were full of hurt. "Cool ok, uhh- there is alcohol in the kitchen if you want. See you around?" I nod and so does calum, "Thanks man"
We made our way to the kitchen and Calum got us two beers. While he was getting beers Jeremy came up too me. He's Ashton's best friend. He is also attractive. Not as hot as Ashton but he's ok. "Hey you." he was already drunk "Hey Jeremy." "You look very beautiful Brynn." "Uhm thanks." he was very tipsy and started swaying. I hope he doesn't pass out. Just as Calum came back Jeremy collapsed in my forearms. Calum was giving me a questioning look just as Ashton was passing us he stopped dead in his tracks. "Ash!! ASH!!" I tried yelling so he would come here. He walked over to me "What the hell is Jer-" "He passed out can you please get him off of me please." he laughed and picked him up and threw him above his shoulders. I guess one of the pros of drumming is having awesome biceps.
"What was that all about?" "He was very drunk and a little tipsy" "He tried flirting with you didn't he?" "He said I looked good, that's all" he smirked "Its true."
After maybe 10 drinks I was the tipsy one. Calum said he would drive so he only had like 3 drinks. Calums phone started ringing "Hello?, what? ok ill be right there." "What happened Cal?" "My mom needs my help at home. Want me to drive you home now...?" "No! Im having fun I'll get my friend to pick me up...Tell Joy I say hi." "Are you sure?" "Yeah go Colum" "God you're drunk." I smiled "Okay 'm going to go babe." He kissed my cheek "Call me if something happens."
no cliffhanger but oh well.
