Chapter 4 (Marie?!)

(Ashley's POV)

I gasped shockingly and said "Marie?!"

Her name echoed through my head.

After flashback

(Ashley's POV)

"Mar\rie?!" Her name , face and voice got me in the head. That's when I realised that I knew her. This was all I remembered but , here how it goes :

Back then when I was in primary school, Marie was like my first best friend. She was my best friend before El. Marie and I used to do EVERYTHING together. We were unstoppable together. Anyways, she lived near my house so that means, her family knew my family. After a few years, her dad, (uncle Antony) got a order from his boss to move to Australia for his work. At first he didn't want it but, there's no choice he has to do it. So, Marie and her family moved out that day. My family sent them to the airport and that moment, Marie and I was so sad that we should leave each other. On that time, we had a promise , "I Marie Jane would never forget about my BEST friend in the world , Ashley Caitlyn." Marie told me in a heart-breaking voice. "I Ashley Caitlyn would never forget about my BEST friend in the world , Marie Jane." I told her.

Before she left, she gave me this necklace which says 'BFF' on it. It was a heart necklace but its like half and she has the other half. Marie said when we ever do see each other again, we will join our necklace together. Anyways, what happen in Australia was that her family , (Mom (Aunty Elizabeth) , Dad (Uncle Antony) and her was involved in a serious car accident. It was that her dad and mom was arguing about something and uncle Antony didn't notice a big truck passing by. So, uncle Antony took a turn and BOOM! They all were injured. Sadly, uncle Antony and Aunty Elizabeth passed away on the way to the hospital. But, My mom told me that all of them were dead.. That's when I was broken. I never talk to anyone I never wanna be friends with anyone. Until, El came.

Back to the story:

(El's POV)

"Marie?!" Ashley said in a shocking tone. Who was MarIe? "Ashley who is Marie?!" I asked her. The worker, 'Marie' was pretty shocked when she heard Ashley's voice. 'Marie' turned around and said "Ashley?!" and straight away give her a big hug. "Uh.. What's going on in here?" I began asking them. "El, later I'll tell you on the way home." Ashley replied. "Oh my gosh! Marie?! You're alive and your here in London?!" Ashley began asking all these questions. "Oh my! Ashley your here in London?! What are you doing here?!!!!!" Marrie said. 

"Marie, Jessi , mom and me live here now. We left since my 'dad' divorced my mom. Now , what are you doing here?!" Ashley asked. "Ashley, I'm still alive you silly girl! I'm in London because I wanted to start a new life since my 'mom' and dad ..... Passed away..." Marie said while she shed a small tear.

"Uh you guys wanna talk outside? Cause we might disturb the customers here.." I said. "Yeah... Sure.." Ashley said. When we went out of the store and sat on a bench, they started talking. "Marrie, this is El, my 'best friend' .... El, this is Marie, my 'best friend' too" Ashley said. "Hi Marie... Oh.. So you guys knew each other?" I asked in a strange tone. "Hi El.. Ashley and I are pretty close friends since...." Marie said but she didn't finish her sentence. "Um... I'll tell you on the way back El" Ashley said. "So, wanna hang out later at 8pm at the park?" Ashley asked Marie. "Uh.. Sure" Marrie replied.

After all that talking, we payed for Ashley's clothes and went to the car to go home and to get ready for Ashley's meet up with Harry. On the way back home, I said to Ashley "You've got some explaining to do little girl!" "Ok ok.. Where do I start?" Ashley said. "DUH! From the beginning" Lou said with a smirk. "Of course I knew that Mr. Sassy!" Ashley said.

After all those explaining, we have reached home..
