Death never really came to visit,
Never came with a big surprise,
I'm the lucky, lucky girl.
Mum and dad are my best friends,
Taught me everything, 've been so nice,
Oh I'm so lucky, I know
I'm the lucky, lucky girl.
Never been hurt, never been touched,
My heart's still intact and warm
I'm the lucky, lucky girl
I don't have everything, I'm no rich,
But I've got all I want, I'm no poor
Oh, Don't worry, you know,
I'm the lucky, lucky girl
Everything's alright, life's beautiful,
Everything's fine, when I cry alone it doesn't last long.
I'm pretty, everybody tells me,
I'm kind and smart, so many compliments, I just smile,
Thanks, I guess, well I'm lucky
I'm still single but it won't last, right?
I'm so perfect, could get a guy anytime,
Sounds like it, cause I'm lucky,
Such a pretty, pretty girl.
I bring a good mood, you tell me I'm like sunshine,
I guess when I cry my eyes out, I get the rain,
So you say I'm pretty like rainbow, you don't know
You don't know I'm fighting
To look nice, to be nice, the words stay in my mouth,
And I'm smiling,
Life's nice, it's all nice, when I'm with you it feels right.
But when I hear 'bout you story,
About the mean and ugly
When I see them all dying,
All those wars and diseases
Don't you know I fell so guilty,
To be, the pretty, the lucky,
Lucky girl, lucky girl...
And feel bad for wanting more,
Have I a right to ask?
Have I the right to dream?
I already have everything, I'm so lucky
Then why do I feel so ugly, so clumsy,
Always running after time, after money,
I'm such a loser, can't you see ?
