Operator: Good, make sure they are closed.

Operator: Okay I'm going to have you close the door and make sure its locked... can you do that?

Operator: Now go and make sure all of your large windows are locked, the patrol is almost there.

Operator: Jon?! Jon! Jon are you still with me?!

Operator: Talk to me Jon what's going on.
Jon: H-hes looking right at me. T-t-through the window.
Operator: Jon I need you to go upstairs as quickly as possible and lock yourself in a room. Can you do that?
