Hey it's the author, before I start I wanted to say that I will change points of views since sometimes it's so hard to describe stuff in a narrators point of view and it also gets boring for the reader as I am also a reader lol

Dallon

I was originally going to take Alicia to the fair again but that seemed quite boring since I already took her there, so instead of giving my Mumford and sons tickets to my sister, I took Alicia with me. I was risking having her bored out of her mind since she might not like them but oh well. They were going to perform in a small stage that was like 35 minutes away from Where I lived so the drive consisted of Alicia changing songs and singing along to some she liked.

When we got there she gave me a weird look and laughed out nervously. "What are we doing here?" She asked. "I brought you to see Mumford and sons" I smiled at her. She was a little bit shocked but obviously liked them because after that she said "oh my god thank you so much" and immediately went straight for a hug. I have no idea where I'm going with this friendship but I think this is a step up. She seems to like to hang out with me and I like hanging out with her, I'm just not sure why since we haven't known each other for so long.

We walked to our seats which were pretty close. Alicia wouldn't stop telling me how amazing this was and how greatful she was but it really wasn't so much of an effort. I got the tickets for my sister with her money but she never asked for them back so I'm guessing she forgot, or maybe she didn't and she'll be mad but either way this concert is going to be great.

The concert was over and Alicia wouldn't stop smiling "that's was insane I don't think I've even been that happy" She said. There was a smile on her face that hadn't come off since the concert started and it was making me happy. "I'm glad you liked it" I said. We were at her front door and she thanked me again and asked me if I wanted to stay but I told her I had band practice. "You're in a band?" She asked. "Yeah, we're not really official or anything we just play around with our instruments and makes some songs but it's nothing real" I answered.

"You should let me hear you guys sometime" she said. I didn't really want to do to the fact that we weren't that great and we haven't played for anyone but ourselves, but I agreed anyways "yeah sure, you can come by any times you want, it's always at my house" I said. She said she'll see when she can come then said good bye and I left.

Again, I have absolutely no idea where I'm going with this friendship, I'm just going along with what I get. I am aware that I should have slept in a basically strangers home and I didn't really think when I offered her lessons, I literally just met her. I mean our friendship (which is still building up) is great but I don't really know if she thinks I bother her to much or if she thinks that it was pretty dumb to say I could give her lessons. I'm just going to keep going along. I got home and the guys were already there

They were at my dinner table looking at some letter. "Dude you want believe it" Drew said. He had a paper in his hand and said "we're going to be opening acts for phantom planet!". I stood there doing absolutely nothing before actually breathing and said "that's impossible they don't even know we exist" I said. He handed me the paper and I read the letter from them saying that they wanted us to their opening act for an upcoming tour. This was amazing people were actually going to see us.

"This is real right?" I asked. They all claimed it was so the first thing we did was celebrate, I took my band mates out for pizza. We were in the car on our way there, they were all having seperate conversations and then Michael asks me "so how was your date?". I was kinda surprised they knew. "What date?" I ask stupidly. "Oh come on Dallon, we all know it was date" he scoffed. As much as I wanted to say it was a date, it just wasn't. I'm not some creep that goes on dates with people after only knowing them for a week. "It wasn't a date, and it was pretty great" I tell him. They all let out a loud laugh and don't ask anything else.
