Chap. 3~ Kisses in the rain~

Mia's P.O.V

A few weeks passed by and I didn't even know it. Every day I've been hanging out with the band. Traveling to their gigs with them and watching their recording sessions. They really were amazing live! Louis always looked at me when singing; I guess you could say we had a "thing". We just kept getting closer and closer each day. The "fan" faze kind of blew over in my head. I now just looked at them the same as any other person, normally.

"Get out get out, get out of my head. And fall into my arms instead. I don't', I don't, don't know what it is. But I need that one thing and you've got that one thing!" I turned over and shut my alarm off. 9:15 a.m. it said. I looked out the French doors to see rain falling hard against the windows. I hopped out of bed and washed up. Brushing my hair completely straight and putting on a navy blue Hollister hoodie and black yoga pants with gray knitted UGGS before heading out the door. Since it was Saturday, both my parents were already at work by now. I grabbed a granola bar and drink before heading out the door to my car. I headed over to Louis' place in no time. I knocked on the door once and he immediately opened it. A huge grin plastered on his face.

"Come in." He said. "You hungry?"

"No, I ate already." He moved over to the couch in the lounge room. I made my way over to him and took a seat next to him on the couch. He put his arm around me and I leaned my head against his shoulder. He put on a movie I've never heard of put claimed it was good. In one of the scenes though, I felt his chest rise up and down quickly, like he was crying almost. I looked up at him confused. Tears were started to fall from his eyes.

"Louis?" I asked concerned.

"It's these romantic comedies. They get me every time!" I looked at him with a sympathetic looked and did something totally unlike me. You could say I was a sucker for sensitive guys. I looked up at him and he noticed my gaze. I didn't wait and I just kissed him! Our lips collided together and moved as one. His free hand held onto my face and my free hand held his. I pulled away smiling, his eyes were a little red still but he was now smiling instead of crying now.

"Wow." He said softly. I giggled. "I guess its official." He said. Knowing what he already meant I kissed him softly again. The door flew open and 4 wet boys walked in making a lot of noise. Was it 3 already?

"Hey guys." Zayn said making his way to the kitchen, with Niall just right behind him. Liam sat down at the kitchen table with his notebook he always carried around and Harry well, just came and sat next to us on the couch smiling.

"Is it official?" He asked Louis.

"Yes." Louis said. Harry started jumping for joy like he did in their video diaries during one of their "game shows". Niall overheard and looked confused but then realized what had just happened and started doing a dance with Harry in the foyer. Louis and I exchanged laughs as we watched them make fools of themselves.

"Let's go to Nando's to celebrate!" Niall suggested. We all piled into their big blue van and drove to the restaurant. We got our usual booth in the back and our usual waitress Candace took our order. Liam was the last to order and then she walked away.

"Guys I've got big news!" Zayn said. We all looked to him.

"WE'RE GOING ON TOUR!" Everyone started cheering because I knew how hard they've been working for this. I stopped for a second to think about how long I would be away from Louis and the guys. It made me sad to think about the struggles of long distance relationships.

"When do you guys leave?" I asked.

"In 2 weeks." He said half heartedly. My smile turned to a straight line on my face and then into a half hearted smile. They were all excited then Louis looked at me with a huge grin. Then it went into a concern expression.

"What's wrong?" He asked.

"You're gonna be away for so long. Long distance relationships are hard you know. Excuse me for a second." I climbed out of the booth and went out back behind the restaurant to the small garden courtyard and took a seat on the stone bench. I looked around at the flowers and put my head in my hands and took a few deep breaths. I heard footsteps coming towards me and looked up. Louis was only a yard or two away from me just standing there. God he looked so cute in striped shirts! And his hair was feathered perfectly. He walked towards me and I stood up. I wasn't crying or anything, I just needed some air. We met in the center of the courtyard, face to face.

"Babe, I'm sorry." He started.

"Don't be. This is what you've all been waiting for! Don't worry about me I'll be fine." I said. Even though he knew I wasn't okay. He put his hand on my cheek and the tears started to well up in my eyes. He pulled me into his warm muscular chest and held me there. The tears came out faster at this point knowing my relationship was probably going to be over soon. He pulled away a little to look at me.

"No tour is going to break us apart. You are my one thing. You light up my world like nobody else." He said, quoting some of their songs. I laughed and slapped his chest playfully, now smiling at him. He wiped away the last of my tears and rain started to fall. It didn't bother us though.

"Should we head back inside?" I asked.

"Nah. They know we're fine." He said smiling. The music from inside the restaurant changed so that a romantic song came on. Louis held out his hand.

"May I have this dance?" He asked. I placed my hand in his.

"You may." I said laughing. We started to dance like they do in those ballroom movies. You know where you hear them count, "1, 2, 3 and 1, 2, 3" etc? Anyway, the rain was pouring now and Louis lifted me off my feet and spun me around once before putting me back down on my feet again. He kissed me softly, then passionately before pulling back.

"It's like in those movies you make me watch. Kissing in the rain." I said. He just leaned back and laughed, then kissed me softly again.
