Hellooo :)

I decided to do a short prologue in Niall P.O.V. because I thought it would be fun. Chapter One is Liam P.O.V. though, and I'm not really sure what I'll do with the rest of the book so please tell me what you'd like.

The prologue is just short and not very much happens, but I wanted to zoom in on Niall a bit since the first chapter is Liam P.O.V.   ;)

Don't forget to give me some feedback, and it would mean a lot to me if you'd comment and vote.

Niall P.O.V.

I sigh. I'm in a crowded, busy club with way too loud music and way too many wasted persons. It's already late in the evening, and my 'friends' are nowhere to be seen. Probably hitting on some random girls, too wasted to remember anything the next morning.

Nothing special there.

Why do I even hang out with these people? Oh yeah, right, because otherwise I'd be a complete loner, and that's also not really what I'm waiting for.

I listen to the music a bit, thinking about my home in Ireland. I moved to London for my education, and I like it here, but sometimes I just miss home and my family.

I shrug the thoughts away and try to focus on my surroundings a bit.

I notice a rather cute girl takes a seat on a stool next to mine, ordering one or another exotic sounding drink. I wonder if she even knows what it is herself. She thanks the bartender before turning her gaze to me, obviously checking me out.

"All alone huh?" She says after a short while, probably trying to start a conversation. I sigh. As long as she's not trying to make a move, what's there to lose?

"Yeah.. what about you?" I observe her appearance a bit. She's got wavy brown hair with a blue dip-dye, sparkling brown eyes and a sweet smile, but it's not like she's extremely hot or something. She looks rather polite and smart, so I wonder what she's doing in this club.

She shrugs. "My friends are all wasted as shit, so that leaves me here as well." She doesn't sound completely sober either, but not wasted. "What's your name?"

I doubt if I should tell her, but she seems nice. "Niall."

"Well hello then, Niall, I'm Christi."

I smile weakly. I don't think I've seen her here before, but that's very unlikely since me and my friends come here all the time. It's more like my friends take me here all the time. They think I should find a girlfriend, but I don't know why that'd be such an important thing. I'm not even sure if I'm straight, but how am I supposed to know if I've never really loved someone before in my life? I don't really care though, I am who I am and there's no one I'd rather be than me.

I chuckle at the Wreck-It Ralph quote and how it sounds so dramatic and all, I like it.

A new song starts playing, and I see the corners of Christi's mouth twitch up. "I like this song. Want to dance?"

I hesitate, doubting if this is a good idea, but realising I've got nothing to lose once again. "Sure."

She smiles widely before jumping from her stool and pulling me off mine, guiding me to the way too crowded dance floor.

It smells like hell over here.

I wrinkle my nose, noticing that Christi is staring at me as if she's expecting me to do something. I just shrug mentally and start moving to the rhythm of the music,  taking care not to come too close to Christi. I don't want to give her the wrong idea.

She seems nice, yeah, but not much more.

She smiles and starts dancing as well, luckily not trying to make a move. Her hair bounces up and down a bit while she's moving to the rhythm of the music, and she's singing along with the song softly.

We dance like this for a while, but to be honest my thoughts aren't really in this club. I've got a weird feeling about tonight, but I'm not sure what it is.

I snap out of my thoughts when I suddenly feel two small hands holding my waist. I look down to see Christi dancing closer to me than I'd like. Way closer.

"Uhm.. Christi.." I murmur, trying to get her attention, but she probably can't hear me because of the loud music.

I sigh, not really knowing what to do.

I grab her hands and push them off me, causing her to look up at me with a confused look. "Too much?" She asks before sighing heavily.

I nod, annoyed by the fact that she's not so very different after all. She murmurs an excuse, but I don't really pay attention to her anymore.

I want to get out of here, the smell is making me nauseous and the music is even making my ears hurt.

I search the busy crowd, looking for my friends, but they're still nowhere to be seen.

I sigh. I'm supposed to wait for them, but I have a feeling that might take a very long time. It's not that  they're not able to go home by themselves, but I'm kinda worried about myself. This neighbourhood isn't quite the safest, if you know what I mean. There have been some sudden disappearances and even some mysterious murders lately. The problem is that there are no real suspects or clues whatsoever, so no one is sure if something else will happen soon.

I shrug the thoughts away and decide I have no better options, so I make my way to the door. I doubt  for a second, before opening the door and walking outside into the cool air.

It's pitch black outside, I wonder what time it is. I walk to a light near the entrance of the club and  look at my watch to find it's already 2:36. Wow, that's rather late, even for my friends.

I pull my hoodie up and put my hands in my jacket before walking in the direction of my apartment. It's a twenty minute walk or so, so I guess not a lot can happen. I sigh heavily. At least I hope so..
