Audrey’s POV

Zayn was back in five minutes like promised. “So, who has ideas for a movie?” I asked.

“It’s your house. You expect us to know what movies you have. Girl, please.” Louis said, jokingly giving me the hand.

So he really does act like that. I just hopped off of my couch and on the floor, searching the cabinets under my TV for a movie. “Erm, how about… Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone?” I asked in a fake British accent.

“One, that was a brilliant British accent for an American. Two, yes to Harry Potter.” Niall said. Everyone agreed on both of Niall’s statements, making me blush about the first one, and quickly pop in the very first Harry Potter. I sat back on the couch in between Niall and Liam after I turned off the lights. It was starting to get dark outside, but not quite yet, so I closed the curtains as well.

As the beginning music began, I found myself in an awkward position. Liam and Danielle were cuddling next to me and Louis and Eleanor were cuddling next to Niall. I could tell Zayn and Harry weren’t too comfortable either.

I was uncomfortable until Niall put his arm around me that is. He did that extremely corny yawn move. Oh Niall. But hey, I’m not gonna argue. If my crush wants to put his arm me then who am I to stop him? Instead I just snuggled deeper into it, but very nonchalantly. He was very warm, if I’m being honest.

Before I knew it, Hagrid was waving goodbye to the train as it left the station to head back to King’s Cross. That movie went by fast.

As the credits started rolling, I noticed every one of us was yawning. “I think it’s time for bed.” I announced, still enveloped in Niall’s arm. I saw nods around the room. “Does everyone remember where the rooms are?” More nodding. “Alright. Goodnight boys.” I said as I left the room, followed by Zayn, Harry and Niall so we could leave the couples to say goodnight.

Once I was in my room, I went to my desk, opened my journal and wrote a single line in the personal section: Expect the unexpected.

As I closed my book and stood up, Danielle and Eleanor came into the room. “I think we can all fit on my bed, right?” They nodded sleepily as we all collapsed on my bed. I was on the left, Eleanor was in the middle, and Danielle was on the right. I flicked off the lamp that was on my bedside table and fell asleep.

~~~Three Hours Later~~~
I woke up in the middle of the night to find that I was thirsty. And hungry. Why am I always hungry? I swear, no matter how much I eat, I never seem to be full. But I never gain any weight so that’s a plus.
I sneakily crept out of the bed so as not to wake up the girls, and carefully opened my door. I padded down the hallway to the stairwell and just walked down the stairs.
As I got to the kitchen, I saw that there was a light coming from the crack under the door. Who would be up at midnight-thirty? I cautiously opened the door to see a shirtless Niall sitting at my island with a glass of water in front of him. “Niall?” I asked.
“Oh, sorry. Did I wake you up? I tried to be quiet.” He said sheepishly.
“No, no. You didn’t wake me up. But it seems we both came for the same reason.” I said, opening my cup cabinet and grabbing one that matched Niall’s. I filled it up with water from my fridge and joined him at the island. “Niall, can I ask you something?”
“Sure.”
“Why did you come here?”
“Well- I- I just- You- That video.” He finally spit out. “When you introduced yourself and told me about yourself. I wanted to know more. And then when you started singing. I don’t know. There was something about you that was just-Different. A very very good different. And I had to find you.”
