*PAST- THE ARGUMENT*

I was in the backgarden with my best friend Ryder watching as his eldest sister, Krissie, fed their youngest sister Jessie, along with the help of Athena of course. We were all making chatter when we heard my 15 year old sister yell at someone. I sighed, she never got on with anyone unless they were a boy. "Aphrodite." I heard Athena mutter angrily. Both of us arose, taking on the duty of big brother and sister. As we round the corner we saw a bunch of girls surrounding our little sister. They were from the shadow pack and they were pushing her around in the circle. Athena went to go and confront them but something made me stop. I held onto Athenas wrist, "Watch." I whispered, we looked at something that was happening. Aphrodites eyes had changed from their normal illuminous blue to a fiery orange. She closed her eyes trying to compose herself, her hands were fisted together nails being to sprout from her finger tips. One of the girls tapped the tallest, worry obvious in her features. She whispered something I couldn't quite catch what however the taller girl brushed her away and told her not to be afraid because she is only a pup. I saw the evil smirk cross my sisters features before she leaped up and attached her teeth to the girls wrist, the girl tried to detatch herself. My sister closed her eyes and I watched in horror, as the girl began to steam. My little sister seemed to be the cause. I looked at Athena clearly confused. The girl screeched as she seemed to be burning. My sister released her teeth but grabbed the girls arm, flames sprung upon the girls arm. I ran to my sister only to be stopped in my tracks when I saw Ryder, arms wrapped around my sisters waist. He was comforting her, and it made my blood boil.
"Get away from her!" I yelled shoving Ryder away. He snarled at be and barred his teeth. Huis eyes began to change from their normal hazel colour to a dangerous blue, that promised trouble if I were to piss him off. "Don't ever fucking touch my baby sister again!" I yelled, I went to lunge for him but was intercepted by flames between us.I looked at Aphrodite. "Stop it, the pair of you!" She yelled. The flames died down, I cuddled my sister which she accepted, I placed my hand on her head placing a gentle kiss to her forehead. "I just don't want him to hurt you, his 18 for godsake." She looked up at me and nodded before regretfully looking at Ryder. He began to panic and spoke words that made me want to fucking kill him. "I don't want Fury Trash." I landed a punch straight to the nose, hearing a satisfying crack I turned to look at the gilr with burns. She was passed out so we still had time to get out. I heard my father before I saw him. "Kids."We all nodded in respect at our father. He hugged daddys little princess before whispering to Athena. "Get her home, Alpha Stone is hunting for her. GO!" It took us a matter of seconds for us to spring into action.We raced to the border, along the way we met Tyson, his mate Ariel and his father. As we proceeded we were stopped by Shadow guards and standing right front and centre was Ryder. "Aphrodite, I'm sorry let us talk." He pleadd, but as I looked at my sister I knew he wouldn't effect her. In fact she let out a warriors cry and made a path of fire for us to run through. We ran and we were unstoppable, invinceble even. And since that day the Fury and Shadow pack have been at war.
*PRESENT- THE PARTY*
ATHENAPOV
I was asleep when Apollo came storming into my room at 2am in the morning. "Athena!" He shook me, I awoke scared that he woulds wake my sleeping mate and pup. I looked over at Oliva to see she was still sound asleep just like Jack. I looked Apollo in the eyes, he pointed to the door before walking out. I threw my robe on before following him, I slowly shut the door without waking Livvy. "What?!" I snarled. "One word. Aphrodite." I sighed. "What has she done now?" Almost every night last month, both Apollo and I had been getting Aphrodite out of all sorts of trouble. "Let me check on Joshua and I'll meet you out the front." He nodded before running stealthily down the hall. I felt sorry for my brother, he had no mate and he wasnt Alpha yet, not till he was 21. He spent his whole life taking care of Aphrodite since that day when she was 15.
After checking on Joshua I got dressed into something a little more suitable. I met Apollo where he explained what had happened, both Tyson (Aphrodites boyfriend) and Aphrodite decied to crash a Shadow Pack high school party. I was furious, she knew not to do such a stupid thing! We were on our way in no time. We were outside, the music now giving me a headache. I spotted her straight away, she was grinding against Tyson but trouble was not far away. Ryder was watching from a distance and it looked as if he was going to try to make a move. I looked at Apollo and he nodded our plan is in action..
APHRODITEPOV
I felt Tyson pressed up behind me and I could feel everything, such as his growing hard on. I turned around and pressed my front against him. I whispered in his ear, "Need some help, big guy?" I pulled back a tiny bit to look at his reaction, he smirked at me and bit his lip. He grabbed my wrist before dragging me through the crowd and up the stairs. We got to the top step. Trouble was awaiting, Ryder stood at the top of the stairs, his sister Kayla and Brandon Glitch flanking him. Kayla smiled at me apologetically, we were still friends no matter what.I made eye contact and my wolf howled but I shoved her away. no matter what I still hated him, mates or not. "You aren't allowed here." Brandon said, squaring his shoulders. "Stand down scrappy." Ty chuckled and I giggled along, I felt Ryders wolf perk up. I growled. Ryder looked me straight in the eyes, "Since your here, can we talk?" He asked. I glared at him before grabbing Tysons hand and shoving my way past them. "Sorry but I'm a tad busy giving my boyfriend the best blowjob he'll ever have." I told him, I heard Ryder growl before I was pressed against a hard chest and it wasn't Tyson. "Ryder, let her go." Kayla told him. He wrapped his arms tighter around me, "No, she's mine. Mine." I made eye contact with Tyson, I saw anger and jealousy within the green. He let out a loud growl and charged forward but was knocked to the floor by Brandon. They rolled around still Brandon came out on top, he punched Tyson a couple times, "NO!" I screamed trying to break free from Ryders hold. "Get off me." I growled out, he knew I could hurt him. I've killed numerous members from his pack. I closed my eyes but reopened them when a burning began to consume me, but it wasn't my powers.
I cried out in pain, up until I felt Ryders bare hand on mine, the burning began to calm. I shoved him away realising what was happening to me, I was in my final heat. A female wolf had 3 heats, the first one was on the night of their first shift, so in my case when I was 15, the next would be on the following birthday, so when I turned 16 and then the final heat, the most painful, this would only happen when your wolf was telling you it was finally mature enough to carry your mates pups. I screamed and fell to the ground in agony, Kayla was at my side in seconds. "Tell me." She begged, tears evident in her eyes, "Tell me what to do so I can help you." I understood her worry, not all females made it through their final heat. "Get Apollo. I need a male family member."I gasped as a stronger wave of heat overtook me. I needed someone from my family, if another male caught my scent I'd be in a bit of trouble. Its a wolf instinct, the final heat of a female is a mating call to other male wolfs. Kayla nodded before racing off, idiot I thought. She's left me with a bunch of boys. I looked up to see only Tyson and Ryder, Brandon must've made a quick escape. I looked up at Ty and flinched, his normal green eyes had changed to a deep grey, they were clouded with lust. He had been through this before with his mate, the night before she was murdered.
He got closer but Ryder spoke up, "Touch her, pup, and I'll rip your head off." I looked at him and he had sweat dripping down his forehead, he was restraining himself from getting any closer, I felt something cold press against my cheekand I moaned. I saw Ryder close his eyes. If any wolf had sex with me tonight, I'd fall pregnant and there was no doubt about it. "Aphrodite. Look at me." I felt hands on my chin, forcing me to look up. It was Athena. I cried out as more heat consumed by body, my cries began to turn into whimpers and sweat matted my hair together and stung my eyes. "We need to get her out of her clothes." Athena told Apollo who was sitting next to me. He looked annoyed, "We can't, theres a party still in full swing downstairs." He growled out. "Let me deal with that." Ryder told us before running down the stairs. Sound began to quieten, I could see Athena talking but I couldn't hear her. I saw Apollo pin Tyson up the wall.
Aphrodite? I heard my mom through the mind link. Mother? I replied weakly. Oh god, are you ok? I awoke because I could feel my pups pain. Is it you? She asked in worry. Yes momma, I replied. Where are you? Your father and I are on the way. She asked frantically. Shadow Manor. I told her. Aphrodite, my princess what is wrong? I heard my father ask. I'm in my final heat daddy. I told him. Who are you with? He asked, I looked up and saw Ryder had returned however sound hadn't. Athena, Apollo, Kayla, Tyson and Ryder I spat out the last name. We are coming. That was the last I heard before I blacked out.
