Chapter 3, Proving Our Worth

We arrive on the 'Beach', Garnet and Pearl looking eager to fight begin to stretch and get their weapons. Seraphinite and I always have fought together, so I just got out my Chakrams and Seraphinite made a sabre out of runes.

It Began, Me (Blue) v. Garnet

Garnet threw a punch at me and I created a mirror and made 3 shadow doubles of myself, we all threw our chakrams they hit Garnet and sent her flying in the air. In the air, Garnet recovered and hit me hard in the face, I got hit into a rock and made me dizzy. As Garnet was coming towards me I made a mirror so warped that made her dizzy and she fell over. I created armor out of thick mirrors, and attacked Garnet. She surprise attacked me and was sent into the air, as a final attack I made shards of mirrors all around me and had them rain down at Garnet she couldn't block them all their was at least 800 of them. After my rain of mirror shards I landed on the ground Garnet and I were both worn out. She looked at me and I knew I have proven to her that I am worthy of joining the Crystal Gems

Now it was, Pearl v. Seraphinite

 Seraph sighed in annoyance as he swung his sabre back in forth. "I hope you won't be as predictable as you seem." He said with a unamused look toward the Gem known as Pearl. Pearl looking rather agitated started to swing her spear in a rather graceful motion, her moves were like water flowing through a river. But, Seraphinite's moves are more careless but, effective. As Pearl sprung towards Seraphinite, she stopped mid-pounce and had a grueling look on her face. At that moment Seraphinite began to chuckle maniacally, his eyes began to glow a deep, pitch black. "W-What have you done??!" Yelled Garnet, I reassured her that what he did is temporary and isn't lethal, She looked at me and sighed. "So, Pearl" asked Seraphinite "How does this pain feel? Hmm? The pain your feeling is the pain of my rune trap cancelling out the power of your gem" "H-How" replied Pearl ever so weakly "When I as carelessly swinging my sword I was actually engraving a rune in the ground, leaving a trap if you will" Pearl looked at Seraphinite with a fear I have never seen before. Garnet jumped towards Seraphinite with her Gauntlets equipped, as she (tried) to hit Seraphinite, she was caught in the same trap. "Silly, Silly Garnet, Can't you see the future? Tsk, Tsk". As he said that Garnet began to de-fuse I yelled at Seraphinite "Yo! Seraphinite!" as I said that his eyes stopped glowing and the gems were released of their traps. Garnet an Pearl didn't get up, so I ran and go the other gems. Steven and Amethyst followed me to Garnet and Pearl and as we arrived a pillar of light shot into the sky and exploded into sparkles. When we looked Seraphinite had made a healing rune to cleanse Pearl and Garnet of their ailments. Seraphinite in disbelief of what he did felt horrible. He looked at the newly healed Garnet and Pearl and explained, why he went crazy. "Long ago on the home world me, myself, and I.." "Why'd you say it like that?" asked Steven quite confused, "Because, I'm a fusion of Emerald and Onyx" "What??" said the Crystal Gems (almost) simultaneously. ...
