(A/N) up top is Cruz's room!

Cruz's POV (you'll understand why I'm putting his POV later in the chapter)

I was stuck here. "Ugh..." I groaned. I'm so bored, how I wish that Lucy was here at the house so I could torment her... Where is she anyway?

I got up from my bed. I had been laying down starring at the ceiling while throwing a small bouncy ball in the air and catching it. I set the ball on my desk and walked down the two flights of stairs.

Seriously, what is it with rich people and big homes? There were tons of rooms and only 5 of them! Maybe they just need to feel like they are rich and get some of the biggest houses? I don't know.

I sigh as I enter the kitchen and grab an apple. As if on cue, Lucy came into the kitchen. I smirk as she groans and walks to the fridge. She wasn't in the same clothes as she was this morning. Now she had a black tank top and small black shorts on, and her hair was up in a ponytail. She also seemed to have been sweeting.

"Don't even say anything, I don't feel like dealing with you today." She says before I could even utter a word.

I laugh and take a bite of my apple. "Oh, that's something you should definitely say to your house guest." I said to her as she sits on the counter top.

For some reason she doesn't act like her parents, same goes for her brother, and her younger sister, but young children wouldn't act like an adult anyway.

"I'm glad we're on the same page, then." She says. I narrow my eyes and chuckle. "I guess so. But before, all I was going to do was ask was where were you?" I say.

She scoffed and flipped her black hair over her shoulder. Her eyes sparkled with amusement. I can't figure out if they're very light blue, or just grey. Up close they look like grey pools, but from where I stand now they look light blue.

"And what makes you think I would tell you? It's non of your business. If I'm on Christmas break I can do whatever I want." She starts to kick her feet as she takes a bite of her sandwich that has been in the fridge, and that I had been eyeing, for the past day.

I roll my eyes. "To be nice? What, were you doing something that nobody knows about but you? Were you looking for pirates treasure? Come on, you can tell me." I say.

She eyed me up and down for a minute, then smirked. "Fine." She says. My eyes widen. I wasn't expecting her to actually tell me! I was just doing it to annoy her. I inwardly groaned. Now she's going to be talking about all kinds of girly crap.

I wonder if I can still sleep with me eyes open...

"Come on!" She yells and then jogs out of the kitchen. "You need to change into some different clothes." She says as she walks into my room. She goes through my drawers and pulled out sweatpants and a white tank top.

"Here," she throws them at my face. "Put those on and meet me downstairs." She walk out before I can protest. What the heck is going on?

I obliged to what she told me to do, only hurting my pride a little bit.

As I walked down the stairs I started to wonder where we were going to go. "Hurry up you slow poke of an idiot!" I heard her yell.
