Chapter Thirteen: Do I mean anything to you?

Hey Wattpaders! :)  

Cute chapter I know ;) They kissed a lot! I really wanted them to kiss, and BOOM it just happened. I know I haven't update in nearly a week, and I wanted to say I'M SO SORRY. I don't mean to, I just have been really busy, with school starting really soon, and three chapters left I think in this chapter, I am really sad. I'm excited to write the ending, but sad ;(

The next chapter might be short, due to what I have planned out, but Chapter Fifteen, you'll hate me :O Because, something sad happens, I'm planning to get this story ended by the end of August, because that's when school starts on the 1st of September, and I'll be busy with starting school :P

With my new book coming soon, I'll be trying to update when I can, whether that's once a week or every two weeks, I'm sorry. I'll try, I don't know the schedule yet, simply because I'm not in school yet :) YAY!

          My heart is pounding in my chest, and I can't even bare to look at him in the eyes. Standing here, in this moment in time, everything up close is scary. I need answers, do I mean anything to him? 

He looks up at me, our eyes locking, before he licks his lips, "What brought this question on?" He seem's confused.

I sigh at his answer, "I don't know!" I groan in frustration, "Just answer that question, do I mean anything to you?" I question him.

He looks at me and shakes his head, "You don't mean anything to me, Hailee" He admits to me, I swallow the lump in my throat, and I feel like I can't breath, I then slowly take a step back, he notices my reaction, "Hailee, damn it!" He yells out in frustration. "I never mean't it like that."

I blink away the tears, "Then what did you mean?" I ask him, scared of what I would say.

His mouth twitches up into a smile, why is he smiling? "Hailee, I never mean't it like that" He begins, "You mean everything to me, you know that don't you?" He asks' me, I slowly nod my head, "You mean the world to me, and ever since I my EX showed up, she made everything up!" He exclaims, "She made everything up, and she was jealous of what we had."

I slowly look up at him, "Okay, but what happens if sh-"

I was then interrupted by Elliot, his hand was cupping my cheek, his fingers removing the hair from my cheek and tucking it behind my ear, my heart thumping in my chest, he looks down into my green eyes, and right here in this moment, I just want both of us to kiss.

I'm scared, scared of everything that could happen. 

His eyes travel down to my lips, and his fingers graze over my lips. Before I know it, we are both leaning towards each other, butterflies erupting in my stomach, and soon enough our lips approach together. His lips are soft, and we then are both moving in sync, and then his hand travels to my waist, and I couldn't help but smile.

We soon move to the wall near the door, our lips still locked together, and this seemed like my perfect moment. I have dreamed of this second all my life, and now I am finally getting it.

Just as I thought our moment would last longer, the door swings open and Jane is standing there. Her mouth hanging in a O shape and she gasps, before she notices us two breaking apart. I look down embarrassed, "Yes Mum?" Elliot asks' her.

Jane looks at him, then back at me, "Oh!" She seems shocked, "Nothing, nothing. I'll leave you two be to kiss" She replies before she emerges from the room, the door slammed shut.
