CHAPTER 6

Niyyla's POV

As i laid on the couch thinking about Brandon i remembered what Kayla told me earlier so i gave her a call

Kayla: hello

Me: wassup baby girl everything's okay ?

Kayla: nah they talking bout some surgery he broke his arm

Me: I'll come to the hospital which one yah at ?

Kayla gave me the address and we hung up and i went upstairs to change. I put on a Black tank, and i black sweat suit. I took out my braids and put my hair in a pony tail. I grabbed my phone and left outside waiting for the bus. Like 15 mins later it was here. It took more than 10 mins until i arrived in that area then i had to i walk up the block and i was at the hospital.

Me: excuse me im here for Micheal Lee'Daniels

Nurse: oh yes he's in room 301 on the second floor

Me: thank you

I walked away from the desk and through the doors heading for stair case. I can't take elevators their scary you never know when they can collapse. But once i got on floor 2 i walked down the hall seeing Kayla in the room with her mom, father, and JHORDAN ? what the hell Jhordan doing here. Omg this couldn't be even more worst than yesterday. Well they are close friends soo. But i walked in the room before i could say something Mrs.Daniels spoke

Mrs.Daniels: oh hey Niyyla Micheal look Kayla's friend here

Mr.Daniels: hello Niyyla

Me: hi guys how are you feeling Mr.Daniels

Mr.Daniels: im okay thank for asking

Me: no problem ... aye how you holding up *rubbing Kayla's back*

Kayla's father is her everything she'll be crush if something serious was to happen to him

Kayla: im okay thanks for coming Niyyla really

Me: of cousre i would why wouldn't i *takes a seat* im Niyyla you seen me yesterday and this morning i cursed you out sorry about that *talking to Jhordan*

Jhordan: im Jhordan and its okay nothing seriously right

Me: yeah nothing serious and i puked on you too sorry bout that

Jhordan: *smiles and laughs* no its cool

Me: okay *awkward silence*

Kayla: soo Jhordan this the girl i was talking to you about

Jhordan: really wow she's much prettier in person can't believe i missed this one

Me: ummm thank you

Kayla, Jhordan, and I talked more. Its shocking because he's really nice and funny. But the feeling for Brandon is still there like i can't get him off my mind. But then again i think about Jhordan too. Don't wanna go with Brandon and damage our friend ship.

Nurse: im sorry giys but visting hours are over sorry

Mrs.Daniels: its okay we'll be heading out now ... look honey I'll come over tomorrow in the morning *talking to Mr.Daniels* c'mon kiddos lets go

We leave the room getting on the elevator and heading to Mrs.Daniels car

Me: Mrs.Daniels, Kayla, and Jhordan im going to walk home i need the exercise

Mrs.Daniels: are you sure Niyyla its late and i can drop you off

Me: nope needa get some air

Mrs.Daniels: okay be safe Niyyla

Me: okay bye guys call me Kayla

Kayla: bye ... goo ! *whispering to Jhordan*

Jhordan: Niyyla wait can i walk with you

Me: you sure i mean you have a free ride

Jhordan: nahh besides i needa walk stretch my legs practice tomorrow

Me: oh really cool join me then

*walked at lease 4 blocks*

Me: *laughing* wait so you telling me you made out with a midget

Jhordan: *laughs* seriously that party was crazy *sighs*

Me: *still laughing omg*

Jhordan: Niyyla your really a pretty and funny girl

Me: aww thank you *smirking*

Jhordan: and i was wondering would you like to chill sometimes

Me: really

Jhordan: yeah what you never chilled with some guy before

Me: not good looking as you .... opps did i say that out loud *covers mouths and smiles*

Jhordan: nahh you good and thank you

Me: your welcome

*in front of Niyyla's house*

Me: looks like im home

Jhordan: what you doing tomorrow

Me: well i was going to your party

Jhordan: we can have a party of our own

Me: ooohh *smiles and bites lip* tryna flirt

Jhordan: yeah *smiles*

Me: I'll be home all day

Jhordan: great see you at 5

Me: okay bye *walking up the steps*

Jhordan: nice meeting you Niyyla

I watched him walk away and as he disappeared and i walked in the house. Back against the door i sighed and bit my lip and started to scream in excitement. Its like 12 o'clock and i cant sleep and im too excited i gotta tell somebody so i called Brandon.

Brandon: hello *sound sleepy*

That freaky just woke up tone niggas have is sooo sexy damnn

Me: Brannndonn what you doing sleep at this time

Brandon: why aren't you sleep ?

Me: when you left i went to go see if Kayla's father was okay. Just got home like 20 mins ago

Brandon: okay sooo

Me: soo i can't sleep im too happy

Brandon: umm why *rubbing his eyes*

Me: he asked me Brandon

Brandon: Jhordan ? How ?

Me: he was there you know how i told you they close so im guessing he's close with Kayla's parents too

Brandon: and what he say exactly

Me: he asked me what i was doing tomorrow i said nothing and he said that he gon come over at 5 and we're gonna chill

Brandon: really Niyyla

Me: what ?

Brandon: nothing its late and im tired goodnight *hangs up*

Me: Niyyla ? Ohhhh

Damnn i totally forgot bout my Saturday with Brandon. But i like Jhordan and he asked me to chill for the first time i can't blow my chance with him. What am i going to do ? My excitement went down and now i gotta think again my crush or my best friend. Who would Brandon choose. I think i know. So i got up and got in the shower and put on my pajamas and slowly went to sleep.
