The room is extremely beautiful, I have no words. There's vanilla scented candles all over the room. The best part is the balcony, huge sliding doors lead to the balcony. The view is amazing, the beach. There are several bags on the bed, and James puts the ones in his hands on the bed too. A small table is set right in front of the window with plates and glasses."Room service? Yes I would like to order...." James speaks to the room service people but I zone out. Why has he brought me here? Far away from where he lives. I love this place, especially the balcony the sound of water splashing.
"Do you like it?" James whispers in my ear as I stand leaning against the railing.
"Yes, thank you for bringing me here,"
"Cmon lets eat," he kisses my forehead and we take a seat at the table as the room service guy brings in our food. Man the only thing I'm eyeing right now is the dessert. There's a shitload of things. Cupcakes, ice cream sundae, lava cake, red velvet cake and a bunch of chocolates. Should I skip the food and jump ahead to the dessert? Man but then also I'm starving for actual food.
"We're going to meet your parents tomorrow,"
"Yeah," a part of me wants to go and a part of me is scared. What if they catch on to something? Or maybe I'm just being paranoid.
"So," I ask. "Any special or specific reason we're here?"
He looks up at me and smiles.
"It's a very special occasion that I missed and would love to make up tonight for it," he says. Special? Occasion? What the hell is this man talking about. Wallahi this mans crazy.
"Really?" I give him a questioning look. "And what would that special occasion be?"
"You see I missed this really special woman's birthday," he says very slowly as if he's teaching ABC's to a child. "And would like to make up for it, tonight. Right now. With her," he's crazy. Mans crazy, I like a crazy man. It's been two weeks since my birthday. Wait hold on a second, how does he know when my birthday is? I never told him.
"You mean my birthday? But how do you know?" I ask.
"Your friend, I asked her." Oh. Wow if every birthday was like this. I mean never have I ever gotten a surprise party. Like that's my dream, maybe one day on my birthday I'll wake up to a surprise party. Not literally wake up and hello hey everyone's here. More like someone tells me to get ready then surprises me. Man that shit would be awesome.
"James, you really didn't have to do this. But thank you, I really appreciate this,"
"Anything for you, anything," he says. Then he takes out ginger ale (Canada Dry), he could've gotten coke. Why is this nigga giving me ginger ale, I ain't sick. I drink the ginger ale, oh my this stings my throat. When did ginger ale start stinging?
"James, is this ginger ale?" I ask him.
"Yes, that's what I ordered. Bu-,"
"Of courseeeeeeee it's what it is. Can you give me more of this ittttt?"

James POV
That stupid room service man gave us alcohol. I try to stop Aila, but she keeps on drinking. Shit, she's not supposed to drink. It's against her religion. Currently Aila has thrown all the gifts on the floor and is dancing on the bed. While singing, may I add her singing is not on point. Still, she looks very hot. That dress it makes me want to touch her in places I can't. She shouldn't have wore that, a man can't control himself. Shaking my thoughts away I try to get Aila down from the bed but she won't listen.
