So basically this is just setting up the story. It's gonna be short. Enjoy.

"I think that's the last of the boxes." I said. There was only so much a 12 year old, already moody and hormonal girl could handle. I wiped the sweat off my brow and forehead as I wandered around the tall stacks of boxes; they still needed to be unpacked. I was lucky enough to have the basement all to myself, and I was the only child. I wasn't sure if the silence would be heavenly or deafening. So far it was pretty sweet. I decided to walk outside for a moment, to take a look at my new surroundings, and new neighbors. I'm always really cautious about neighbors, we've had creepy ones in the past. Everything here seemed pretty safe, calm and normal.
To the left, was a small field, separating our yard from the decent sized brick house. Mom said the local city clerk or something lived there with her husband. In front of me was a welding building with random tractors and old broken down delivery trucks. Hm. Basic country life. To my right, was a larger field, with a couple of black barns and cows scattered around. Mom had also told me that they sold those cows for beef. Also, basic country life. Pretty boring, I'm more about the city and fast life. But until I am 18, this will have to do. Nice house, terrible surroundings.
