Last year, on the last day of summer, the zombies came. No one knows where they came from or where the infection started. All we know is that they will kill us all unless we avoid them.

There is an old, abandoned warehouse the survivors are currently at in Western Australia. For the entire year we had been running, until we came across it. The Infected hate being alone, as they hunt in packs, so the outback was our best shot at survival. We all just hope a pack doesn't go astray...

I met the other survivors a week after the Infected attacked my school. I was in the city when I came across Andrew, leader of the survivors. I followed them after they made sure I wasn't infected. I think Troy still thinks I am infected, though. He tends to be paranoid like that. Anyway, we are planning to get back on the road soon. Kevin is working on getting some old trucks working again, so that we have a faster transport. Right now there are only seven of us, but we are certain there are more. There has to be. There is a rumour about an underground sanctuary in America holding lots of survivors, and that is where we are trying to go. We will drive the trucks right to the sea, then take what we can. Kevin, being the mechanic, will build a boat and we will get to the survivors. This isn't going to be easy.
