*Julianna's Point of Vew*
"Good job, Julianna Gande. It's Alex Frell." Alex's voice speaks through the phone as I pick it up.
"We did well, Alex,;" I say, stepping into the helicopter that will take me to Headquarters.
"We did well."
" Iwill see you in at Headquarters, Julianna." We hang up.
The helicopter ride to Spy Headquarters is at least an hour, if not more. As I arrive into the hangar, I step out of the heli and walk the twisting, labrynthine hallways to get to the center of Headquarters: the Conference Room.
"Alex?"
"Julianna!"
I step into the room, only to see that Alex is surrounded by our fellow spies.
"What? What are you doing? We're all spies here!" I exclaim, rushing forward.
Mrs. Boss steps forward. Yes, her name is literally Mrs. Boss.
"I'm sorry, Julianna," She says gently, putting her hand on my shoulder. "But... I'm afraid... that Alexandra is... is an Assassin."
"I'm sorry, Julianna!"Alex sobs, tears streaming down her face.
I gasp. "H-how could you, Alex?"
"I'm s-so-sorry!"
"No! You lied to me! I thought we were best friends? How dare you!"
I watch, as a gun is pressed to her chest and a shot rings out. Blood drips to the floor, and my fellow spies drop Alex's body and it hit the floor with a thud.
"I'm sorry, Alex. But you lied to me, and to all of us." I stand and walk away, into the hallways, out the door, into the sulight.
*Unknown Point of View*
A boy bursts through the Conference Room doors and sees Alex laying on the floor in her own pool of blood.
"Alex! No!" he yells, dropping to his knees beside her.
Mrs. Boss says coldly, "And who are you?"
"I'm Ed Jones, Alex's boyfriend," the boy says bravely, standing up.
Suddenly, screams are heard from outside.
Ed says, "What was that?!"
Everyone rushes outside and sees Julianna, lying a pool of her blood.
"Wait. What happened to her? What happened to my Alex?! What the hell is going on?!" Ed exclaims, tears streaming down his face.
Another spy, Drew, who is Julianna's boyfriend, yells, "No! Not Julianna! Why!"
Mrs. Boss lays her hands on both of their shoulders and says gently, "Drew... Edward... I'm sorry."
She looks at Julianna. "Julianna has been... murdered, and Alexandra... well... she betrayed us, Mr. Jones. We... we had to do what was right."
Ed stares at Mrs. Boss and then grabs a gun. "No. I don't believe you! Alex would never do that!"
His hand trembles as he points it to Mrs. Boss. "And if she's dead... then so are all of us!"
He shoots Mrs. Boss first, then all of the other spies. He kills Drew before he kills himself, and the grass is slattered with blood as he falls to the ground, the gun falling out of his grasp and into the grass, shining silver in the sunlight.
