All the plates were on the table.
Jazmine's mom cooked: baked beans, corn bread, macaroni, meat loaf, cabbage, chicken, fries, and yams.
They all sat at the table.
"Hold hands," Jazmine's mom said.
"God is good, good is great, thank you for are food were about to eat, amen," Jazmine said.
"Amen," they all said.
They ate. You didn't hear no talking, all you heard was smacking. 45 minutes passed by.
They had dessert. They had: brownies, ice cream, cupcakes, and cookies. 20 minutes later.
"Thanks, I appreciate it," Isabelle said waving goodbye to everyone.
"Cya best friend, I love you," Jazmine said hugging Isabelle.
"Ok, cya best friend, I love you too," Isabelle said hugging Jazmine back.
"Cya," everybody said waving to Isabelle.
"Bye," Isabelle said. Isabelle left. Ten minutes after Isabelle left, everybody else were leaving. They all hugged each other. They all left.
"Get ready for bed, it already 9:30," Jazmine's mom said.
"Ok," Jazmine said. She walked upstairs. She hopped in the shower, brushed her teeth, and washed her face. 50 minutes later. Jazmine walked to her room, and put her minnie mouse onesie.
"Good night mom, good night dad," Jazmine yelled downstairs to her parents.
"Good night," her parents yelled upstairs.
She got in her king size bed, and she set her alarm clock to 5:30am. It didn't take long for her to go to sleep. Hours passed by. She got up and walked downstairs.
"Good morning, " Jazmine said.
"Morning," her parents said.
"I cooked breakfast," her mom said.
"I'll pass, I'm not that hungry, Jazmine said.
"Ok," her mom said.
She walked upstairs and brushed her teeth, washed her face, and hopped in the shower. 45 minutes later. She got dressed. 15 minutes later. She walked downstairs.
"Im off to school," Jazmine said.
"Young lady get in her right now," her mom yelled.
Jazmine walked in the kitchen.
"What is this?" her mom asked.
"I dont know, its not mine, maybe its Ty's," Jazmine said.
"This is not Ty's love note young lady, start talking," her dad said.
"It's not mine," Jazmine said.
"I found it in your book bag," her mom said.
"Why were you going through my book bag?" Jazmine asked.
"We paid for it, we can do whatever with it, now answer the question," her dad said.
"I dont know what you guys are talking about, can you read the note," Jazmine said.
"It says: Dear Jazmine, I really like you, its really not like, its like I love you, your the most beautiful girl in school, your on my mind day and night, I can't get you out of my head, I see a future between us, all I'm asking is for your heart, I wanna be with you, please, I dont wanna be turned down by a beautiful lady like you, XOXO love, Shaun
Smith," her mom read out loud.
"I've got to go," Jazmine said.
"This talk isn't over," her dad yelled.
"Kind of is," Jazmine said walking out the door and shutting it
Jazmine got in her car and drove to school. 30 minutes later.
She parked her car and ran inside the building.
"Why would you do that?" Jazmine asked Shaun.
"Do what?" Shaun asked.
"Put that stupid note in my book bag," Jazmine said.
"Because," Shaun said.
"Because what?" Jazmine asked.
"Because.... I love you," Shaun said.
"I don't have time for your game," Jazmine said.
"It's no game, honest," Shaun said.
"I've got to go," Jazmine said. She walked away.
"I lov," Shaun said before Jazmine's alarm went off.
*beep *beep *beep she turned off alarm clock. It was just a dream she thought. She ran to her book bag and emptied out. She ran downstairs.
"Morning," Jazmine said.
"Morning," her parents said passing her a plate, full of, pancakes, rice, eggs, bacon, and grits. 10 minutes passed by.
She ran upstairs and brushed her teeth and washed her face. 15 minutes later.
She got dressed. She put on her leather crop top that said "flawless" in purple but the whole shirt was black, then she put on her leather skirt, and with her purple, grey, and black jordans.
She slicked her hair up to a nice ponytail then put a headband on
She grabbed everything and walked downstairs.
"Cya mom, cya dad," Jazmine said.
"Cya," her parents said.
She went out the door and got in her car.
She put on her on the way school song, Love Don't Change, by: Jeremiah. She drove off to school. 45 minutes later. She parked the car and walked inside the building.
"Hey best friend," Isabelle said hugging Jazmine.
"Hey best friend," Jazmine said hugging Isabelle back.
They walked to class. Some hours later. It was gym class now.
"Hey," a familiar voice Jazmine recognized. It was Shaun.
Jazmine ignored him.
"I missed you," Shaun said hugging Jazmine.
"Don't touch me," Jazmine said with a attitude.
"You look beautiful today," Shaun said.
She ignored him.
"Why you haven't been answering my calls?" Shaun asked
"I don't owe u no explanation," Jazmine said
"Can I come over later?" Shaun asked
She ignored him.
"So your not talking to me Mrs. Smith," Shaun said smiling.
"Don't you ever in your life call me that," Jazmine said.
"I love you," Shaun said.
She ignored him.
"I've got to go, here's a note for you" Shaun said kissing Jazmine on the cheek.
Shaun ran out the gym with his stuff. Isabelle walked in. She ran towards Jazmine.
"Best friend is something wrong?" Isabelle asked Jazmine.
It was complete silence.
"SHAUN KISSED YOU," Isabelle said smiling.
"Yes," Jazmine whisper.
"How was it?" Isabelle asked.
"Magical," Jazmine said getting up.
"Let's go to your house now, so you can tell me everything," Isabelle said.
They ran out the gym and to Jazmine's car. Jazmine couldn't even drove home, so Isabelle did. They drove home fast. 22 minutes later. They got out the car, went to Jazmine's room, and shut the door.
