The Return | Chapter 16

Lucy POV :

As I chanted the spell to return Ashias wings my body began to levitate and my keys circled around me.

I glowed with my keys and beams of light came from my body.

"THY NATURE TO MAKE THEM IMMUNE TO WATER, THY ICE TO MAKE THEM CRYSTAL CLEAR, THY TIME TO MAKE THEM LAST FOREVER, THY METAL TO ATTCH THEM TO THY FAIRY" I chanted loudly.

Ashia then began to glow as well.

She was yelling at me to stop but I couldn't I'm going to get her wings back if it's the last thing I ever do.

Spark then let got of Ashia and she glowed and levitated in the air as well. She was circled by a golden light.

"THY SOUND FOR TRANSFORMATION, THY LIGHTING TO MAKE THEM FASTER, THY COLORS FOR DESIGN, THY FIRE TO MAKE THEM SENSIBLE" I kept chanting.

Ashias past went flowing through my mind.

Everything she's done up to this point.

"NOW STARS OF THE UNIVERSE HEAR ME. I PLEAD FOR ONE WISH, RETURN ASHIAS WINGS !" I chanted the last part and looked over to Ashia.

{Flash back to Sound dragon training}

"That spell, the person who casts it gets a price. Sonnet !" Ashia yelled.

Note then stood up and looked at Ashia.

I grabbed Ashia as fast as I could and put her on my shoulder. Ashia grabbed a piece of my hair to keep her from falling.

"The price is based on the fairy themselves. On their kindness, forgiveness, selflessness, and honesty." Note smirked.

Ashias eyes widened, but then she calmed down.

"If one of those traits aren't filled then the caster will lose either sight, hearing or smell" Note said.

Sight, hearing or smell...

{ flash back over }

Sight ... Hearing ... Or smell ...

Suddenly I heard Ashia yell in pain.

I looked over to her but then I stopped levitating and glowing and dropped to the floor.

My keys dropped with me.

An awful pain went through my body and I screamed in agony as well with Ashia.

"N-no.. W-what went w-wrong ?! AH !" I muttered as both me and Ashia went though pain.

The five islands from above then began to circle.

A beam of light came from each island.

They surrounded me and Ashia.

Me on the ground and her in the air still levitating.

Then 5 different figures appeared.

"This is Layla's child ?" A women's voice said from a light of silver.

"Yes I sense Layla's power and Evylyn's. Plus she looks almost identical to her mother" said a deep voice from a light of black and red.

"Hmm.. Yea..." Another women's voice said but from a light of gold and red.

"Let's get on with it." Said a voice similar like Ezra's but a bit more deeper. It came from a white light.

There was a light of blue but no voice came from it.
