"That would account for the sniper." Luke said.

"But that means the sniper and robberies are connected because he couldn't have one without the other." I said jumping out of the car. "But when will he strike? Amy what's todays date?"

"Third of January, Why?"

I looked around at the people, "January third, 2006. The day I'll never forget." I said sitting on the curb.

"Why Ethan? Why will you never forget?" Luke asked, sitting next to me.

"He killed dad and you were missing." I said staring at my shoes.

"What did you do?" Luke asked stearnly.

"I was twelve almost thirteen, and had been at ARCA for two years. Dad taught me how to shoot when I was eight and I got better over the years. ARCA had me positioned at a gaurd post three miles away, but with my sniper that was a perfect shot. They never found out who fired the shot."

"What are you talking about?"

"I fired that shot, Luke. I killed Alexander Braves and ARCA never did anything. This is all because of what I did." I stood and pointed at a parking garage that could barely be seen.

Luke sighed. "You fired from there?"

I nodded, but then it hit me. "If I go there I can be your eyes."

"Okay, he should be in the same spot as his brother." Luke said tossing my the keys. "They teach you how to drive in that school right?"

I nodded, smiling.

I parked the car on the North side on the third to top level of the parking garge. I walked around to the back of the car and popped the trunk. I pulled out a brand new sniper rifle and positioned it on the roof of the car, giving me the perfect angle. I dialed 911 on my disposable cell and muffled my voice.

"Garson Police Department, what's you emergancy?"

I got on top of the car and found William by the fountain, and he had Sam. "The Piper Sniper is by the fountain and he has hostages."

"Excuse me? Who is calling?"

I paused, "Fox." I quickly hung up and threw the phone down to the street below. I adjusted my headset and checked the scope. "Fox to ground squad, come in ground squad."

There was a pause. "This is ground squad, what is your request?" Luke said all goofy like he was a pilot.

"Suspect is in position at the the fountain, over."

"Roger that, moving into position."

"Ten four, ground squad. Be advised there are hostages."

"Roger that, Fox... Your clear to fire if needed."

"Roger, over and out." I said focusing in on Wiliiam.

The police radio in the car toned into a transmition. "All units be advised suspect is at the center fountain and hostages have been seen."

I got William in my cross hairs, but I couldn't get a clear shot without the possibility of harming Sam. Three meters away from William, Luke stood his pistol drawn. He was willing to tak e a shot, but he focused on something else.

"Ground squad to Fox, we've located the bomb, but it looks more advanced then we though. Do not fire. Suspect has a pressure switch."

"Roger that ground squad, be aware Police are heading in from the west."

"Roger that ,Fox, over and out."

My heart leaped into my throat. There was nothing I could do.
