Chapter 2

KATY'S POV

"You ready?" I say

Dani turns around and sit on the floor beside me.

"Hmmmm....what do we usually do again?" She asks

"TRUTH OR DARE!" I yell knowingly

Dani chuckles, "Who first?"

"I'LL GO! Okay Dani, truth or dare?"

"Uhm truth.."

I think hard, then just say the most common question, "Who do you like? I mean, who do you looove at school?"

She blushes and stares into my eyes, she knows I would keep her secret though, "Well you know in our history class, the guy with straight blonde hair......Damien?"

"OMG OMG THAT'S SOOOOO CUTE!" I laugh probably too loud.

"Shhhh" Dani says blushing, "T or D?" She asks trying to change the subject.

"Dare"

"I dare you to... umm how about CALL LUCAS!"

Oh no, I look at Dani who is smirking. She gets up and goes down stairs.

*********5 MINUTES LATER*********

When Dani gets back she is holding the St Louis phone directory

"DANI! THAT'S UNFAIR! What will I even say?"

"Talk about the weather, I don't know. You said dare so here you go." She chucks me the book tells me to find his number. I look under his last name 'Bacerich', Yeh I know, weird last name right? Right. After searching through the page I find Lucas' name with the phone number.

DANI'S POV

I could see that Katy was beginning to get nervous. I agree that it was a bit mean to do this but I'm sick of her staring right through Lucas and never actually talking to him.

"Come on, what ya waitin for?" I urge her.

She death stares me with her cold dark eyes and takes out her cell.

As she is putting in the number I see that her hand is shaking, I only laugh.

"Put it on speaker!" I was starting to get excited.

Katy pressed a button and I could hear the dialling tone. After a few seconds, Lucas answered.

"Yo Lucas here" he said.

Then Katy began to talk, "Hey it's Katy"

"Your one of them cheerleaders, huh?"

"Mmm hmm....I'm in some of your classes as well" She mumbles shakily.

He laughs sweetly, "Yeh thought so, what'd you want?"

"Well ummmm....." I could see she was trying to think of something to say, but thankfully he stepped in.

"Look, we are having a party tomorrow night...wanna come?"

Katy looks up with a smile, "Sure! I'd love too" she exclaimed.

"You live with Dani as well right?"

"Yes"

"She's right there isn't she?"

I chuckle in answer to his question.

"Haha thought so, you can bring her if ya want to, just remember, tomorrow night 6:00 O'clock and no bringing alcohol, we don't want it to get too crazy!" He is really sweet, I agree on that.

"We'll be there!" Katy assures.

"Cool! Now what was it you were going to say before?"

"Oh it umm doesn't matter anymore" Katy looked happy.

"Okay, yup well cya then" and with that he hung up.

Katy pressed decline with a huge smile on her face, "I guess that went well" she says creepily, "but now we need dresses" she whines.

I look at her face "SHOPPING TIME!" I yell.
