As I stepped inside the the door there were about 15 to 20 kids. There were some helping set up the concessions and some siting around on the bleachers in the gymnasium. I waited at the front door about 7 minutes until Avery finally showed up. The music was not playing yet since it was still a little to early, and there weren't that many kids there at the time. So Avery and I waited around until the music started to play.
Within minutes of Avery and I arriving, the music started to play. The gym was filling up with a whole bunch of people, so Avery and I started to look around for our friends. We found Lilly, Haley, Bailey, Emma, and Sarah. We were all excited that we found each other. I got a little bored standing there so I I took them to the dance floor. We all danced to the wobble, and other cool songs until Lilly went off with the popular group, which she usually did. I didn't really care because the rest of us were having a great time without her.
About 5 or 7 songs later, Avery pulled me aside and pointed to the door. Standing there was Carter with his friends, Zack, Colby, Sam, Will, and Logan. I think they are all hot looking and only Zack and Will have girlfriends. I got really excited and went back to the dance floor to show off my moves. While I was dancing, I looked back to see if he was looking, and what I saw made me really mad and jealous.
