When they played the first slow dance song, I decided I would go get something to eat. Avery and I made our way to the concession stand. There was a long line when we got there but it was worth the wait because I was starving. A couple of minutes later someone got in line behind Avery and I so i just casually looked behind me and saw carter and Logan standing there. I didn't want to embarrass myself so I started talking to Avery hoping Carter would interrupt our conversation so I could start talking to him. Avery and I talked about teachers, grades, and our random lives.
I was very happy when Carter started talking to me and Avery. Carter, Avery, Logan, and I talked about grades and our weird friends until it was time for us to order our food. I got 2 slices of pizza, chips, and a Dr.Pepper. I waited for Avery to get her food, and then we went to find a spot to sit down to eat. We sat next to the wall under the big windows out of the way of the traffic of people. I was hoping that Carter and Logan would sit next to us, and they did. We talked a little bit more about drama and stuff until his very special lady friends came and eventually took Logan and him to sit somewhere else. So that was the end of that.
