No good byes

As she stares at the pavement
And the people pass by
She envisions a life
That doesn't come with good byes

So she sits in her bedroom
And starts sobbing in vain
The man of her dreams
Has forgotten her name

While everyone's dancing
She climbs into bed
Trying to get the thought of him
Out of her head

Her tears hit the pillow
So she flippes it again
And curls up with her favorite
Stuffed animal friend

Soon the crying exhaust her
She drifts to a dream
Or a place share she is
Her own home coming queen
