The Onyx

Chaper 1 - Wake up

"Wake up... it's time to go, to a place where the moon is our sun and the shadows are our protectors..." it echoed in a subconscious mind. 

"Hurry, they are coming!!" the voice echoed again but this time it sounded more urgent and the sounds around the mind faded off...

"W-where am I? What is this place?" a male voice of young age between 17 or 20 could be herd in nothing but void, he looked up and saw a onxy sky full of shades of purple and blue mixed with stars like no other night one would see at home in a summer's breeze, "Wow, where ever I am, this is beautiful...." he smiled to himself and raised his arm as if he felt the stars were in his reach, his arm and hand were not what he had expected...

"OH MY GOD, WHAT THE HELL!?!?" the male panicked shaking as if it would go away, but it didn't. It stuck to his being as he looked down at himself, he was sitting on what felt like a beach and ocean that barely touched his feet. 'Is this a beach, am I on an island?' he thought to himself, then another question came to mind 

"What was I doing before this"

He took the time to examine himself, his entire being was made of a black void, he wore a light navy blue shirt with 3 half open circles on each other, his head had a black beanie with a neon turquoise circle in it with 2 thin lines as a cross, black shorts and a neon belt of the same colors as his beanie. "Wait a minute, that voice from, before! It was telling me to hurry for something right?" He stood up and looked around, he turned again to his left and saw the figure of a girl walking towards him.

"You have awakened, thats good.." a soft voice spoke clearly and proper, her being was a pale red cosmos, she looked taller than him by no more than a inch, her eyes were as white and round as a oval pearl. From the void's perspective she had no real curves of a woman, she was flat-chested and had barely any hips, her clothes were simple like how she appeared to be, a long-sleeved stripped shirt was light purple and darkers purple for stripes a pink strap supporting the shorter half were she had one arm, one striped sock of pale teal and moss green on her right foot going up to her knee, wearing botty shorts yet she had no butt, with hair sided to her left partially covering her eye 

"Who are you? What is this place?!" the male asked in a voice mixed with curiosity and anger. The red Cosmos chuckled at his franticness "I am Red Cosmos, I was the voice who was speacking to you before hand if you can remember..." she spoke sweetly to him and he felt reassured of something he had no idea what. "The Onyx is waiting for us, come, we best get going for our test, the others are waiting!" she sounded excited. She offered her hand to him, he looked at her hand and his own, he hesitate at first but put his hand in with hers, 'feels like a normal hand' he thought,"Oh! Im sorry uhh Cosmos? My name is uhhhh Black Void?" he blurted out not really sure himself but it felt right, "pleasure meeting you Void, lets go.." 

The 2 space-like beings walked down the beach letting the sand and water touch their bear feet, hand in hand.'What does Universe have in mind for us...' Cosmos thought to herself as she kept walking beside Void....

"They are all coming.....the others have arrived perfectly, two more await..." a childish chuckle could be herd, far away......
