The day went by quick and before I knew it I was sprinting home to change outfits.
My mom had just made dinner because i could smell the delicious ribs and she made her own delicious rib sauce, oh how I wanted to eat them. But I couldn't because I had to go meet up with Hunter and his friends. I changed into a "Once Upon A Time" tee since it is my favourite show. I also put on jean shorts with a leather jacket, it made me look cool I guess. I tied my hair into a high ponytail and put in contacts, I ran out the door to meet up with Hunter. A girl with a short dress and brown curled hair was standing there, she was so different, but I knew it was Emma. "Hi i'm Emma, you must be Jamie!" she said smiling. "Oh yeah..hi." I said looking down. "I'm glad I got to meet you before Hunter came because I wanted to give you this" She said and handed me a gold necklace with my name on it. I noticed she had one too. Hunter and Troy popped out of nowhere which kinda freaked me out, I mean did that hear what we said? "Jamie this is Emma" Hunter said "Hi Emma" I replied as we shook hands. Then he introduced me to Troy but I didn't shake on it. So we talked and talked and talked and then Troy and Emma kissed and Hunters face blew up. He ran away, Troy and Emma ran fast after him, but I was slow and took a short cut. I found Hunter sitting on his own. We talked for a while, he said he had liked Emma since 3rd grade and that he was going to ask her out today, but I guess Troy and Emma were already dating. "Wow" I told him. I told him I liked someone too, he asked who it was and I said "It's..you". "WAIT WHAT" he said while jumping up. "Well yeah I'm sorry i'm gonna go." I said while walking away wiping the tears from my eyes. I heard Troy and Emma talking to Hunter. He was so disappointed but I didn't know what to do. So I went home and sat on my bed for hours, then I finally called Hunter. He didn't answered his phone.
