Unraveling Love~ "I-It's Do-Doctor Spencer Reid."

Chapter 1

Short A/N Before I start,
First of all, throughout the story, I will switch Points of View (POV) between Spencer and Aaralyn. Second, this is my first Criminal Minds fanfic, so if I get small stuff wrong, don't be rude about it. Thirdly, my updates may take a little while, my internet is getting fixed.

Spencer's POV:

'Science is probably the coolest thing, ever. I mean, humans couldn't survive without advances in science. You kno-,' my thoughts interrupted by Garcia speaking frantically.

"She's here, be polite. I beg you!"

I totally forgot that her friend was coming today. I guess she and Garcia became friends back when they were both hackers.

My head shot up when I heard the door of the conference room open. She, she was stunning. Her long, jet-black hair was pulled to the side into a loose braid. and she wore an extra long cardigan and light blue denim jeans, with rips up the legs.

"Well, Aaralyn, this is Agents Morgan, Rossi, Jareau, and Reid. Oh, and SSA Hotchner."

I froze for a second. Unable to collect my thoughts, and then I caught Garcia's mistake.

When she began walking up to me to formally introduce herself, I finally got my chance to correct the mistake, " I-It's Do- Doctor Spencer Reid. B- But you don't have to call me doctor."

She giggled for a second before replying, "Um, Okay, Doctor Reid, I'm Aaralyn. It's nice to meet you."

' Geez Reid, you're really making a dork of yourself,' my conscience cockily said. I extended my hand out to her, "You too."

I have never been that nervous meeting someone, woah. She walked back over to JJ and Garcia and began talking to them. I found myself mesmerized by the way her lips pronounce words. And they way she rocks on her heels, especially when she smiles. Then Hotch interrupted my thoughts, yet again.

"Alright, can we start this case now?" He peered at the agents in the room, including myself.
"Okay, so last night police found married couple, Jessica and Lucas Matthews, dead in their apartment in Raleigh, North Carolina. Now they were both found with restraints around there limbs, as they were tied to their bed. They each had 13 stab wounds." JJ stated as we all started looking through the file and crime scene photos.

"It says here police also found a video camera with tapes of, not only this case but many of their unsolved cases," Morgan added.

" But some of these cuts are shallow, maybe empathy? The unsub may have known the victims?" I questioned, looking around the room. My eyes caught Aaralyn and she flashed me a quick, beautiful smile. My breathe caught in my throat.

"True, true." JJ muttered, to no one in particular.

After seeing her smile I lost my train of thought and focus, how was I gonna work while she is constantly on my mind?
