6:00 AM.

"Let's go Noah, you don't want to be late." Mason, Noah Black's uncle woke him up, shouting from the bathroom of their tiny house as he adjusts his tie. His uncle was a banker, who didn't know a thing about Black Industries. And Noah was taught to keep it that way.

"Sure..." He mumbled tiredly, getting up and heading straight to the bathroom as well.

You see, since Noah became a spy, the Black association pulled him out of school, offering him a few hours of private classes that take place at his work.

"Ready to go to work?" His uncle asked him.

"Yep." He answered and put a little hair product into his hair, fixing it.

"Now remember I won't be home till late tonight as usual, you know the drill." Mason reminded him and threw on his blazer followed by his coat, before he exited the house.

Noah knew what the drill was. It usually consisted of him coming home to an empty house, cooking himself some microwavable dinner or a grilled cheese sandwich for dinner, and just reading his work homework or watching TV the rest of the night until he finally decided to get some sleep. His uncle would get home at around 10:00 to 10:30 but Noah knew to go to bed before he came home so he can dodge any questions his uncle has about his work. Noah's life was kind of lonely and sad, but working at Black kind of kept it eventful.

Then, Noah went to his room to change into his normal work attire: a black t-shirt with black jeans. The association wanted some of the employees to dress as casual and simple as they can to prevent any suspiciousness.

The brunette boy would always have to either walk or bike to his work. His uncle was always gone in a flash and Noah did not have his own car let alone a proper driver's license.

Popping a granola bar into his backpack for breakfast and then a tupperware with some left-over Kraft Dinner, he finally exits his house, locking it.

The bike ride to work wasn't really long, it was the walk that was. Biking there took around 15 to 25 minutes, depending on the speed the bike goes, not more.

"Good morning, Noah." The receptionist greeted him. "Feel free to have some coffee." She hands him a mug filled with coffee.

"Thank you miss." The polite boy thanks her and grabs the cup, taking the elevator to his office.

Noah's office was always one of the smaller ones since he is only sixteen. Sure his office was small, but it still was nice and modern. Besides, Noah sees it as nice and cosy.

"Good morning Noah, here is your schedule for the day. Busy day today." Noah's boss hands him a sheet filled with times and events.

The 16 year-old looked at his schedule, charged with events. He had a meeting with the association that he had to attend, a few papers to sort through, he had to deliver some news to his co-workers and he also had to have a meeting alone with his boss.

So he started all his tasks, first attending the meeting. Association meetings were always boring in his opinion, but today they were somewhat interesting. It was basically them plotting a way to stay on top and not let Steele replace them.

When they were dismissed, he sorted through the papers he was given. Then, he delivered the news about the meeting to his co-workers, basically filling them in on what they missed.

So it was soon the end of his work day, and Noah found himself hungry. He soon realized he skipped lunch, but he needed to head to his private meeting so he decided against lunch. It didn't really matter, he told himself, reminding himself that he would be home in no time.

"Glad to see you Noah." His firm boss greeted him into the office, with a mug filled with coffee in his hand. Unlike Noah, all the employees where dressed nice and sleek, with ties and dress shirts.

"Thank you sir." The sweet boy entered and took a seat on the other side of his boss' desk. "It's good to see you."

"Thank you. Now we have a few things to discuss." He announced, sitting up. Noah nodded.

"I invited you here because I have a job for you. A pretty risky one. I know you haven't been here for too long but I think it's time for your first task. You see, Steele is expanding their company. Not immensely, just a little. I have heard that they are hiring a younger spy. So they are kind of following into our footsteps. Tonight, there is a meeting they are having, where they show off their new spy. And I want you to find out who this new spy is, and how good he/she is. If they are too good for Black's own good, then we will have to take things into our own hands." His boss takes a sip of coffee.

"And what exactly do you want me to do?" A confused Noah asks.

"I want you, tonight, to attend this meeting. Enter it as if you work for Steele. With this gadget," He hands him a recording gadget. "I want you to record the whole meeting for me, and hand it to me tomorrow. I will be waiting for you. Once again, we have to take action because if Steele is continuing their legacy, it'll be no good for Black. Use this card, a fake ID to pretend as if you work for Steele if anyone asks." He also hands him an ID with the name Alexander Crawford on it.

"Okay sir." Noah nods, a little nervous.

"Thank you. Don't worry. You have gotten the right training you need to complete this task. Do not let me down." His boss gets up and opens the door for Noah.

"I won't." The young boy promises him.

"Thank you. You're smart, and a very good kid." He pats him on his back, before Noah leaves the office. There was always something different about Noah's boss, something mysterious. And Noah just couldn't quite figure it out.
