Gopal is alone in his room who does nothing but plays video games.
When he fails and receives "Game Over", Gopal falls on his bed in defeat.
He feels completely depressed now that he's all alone as nobody likes him. Making him miss his old friends after they cut ties with each other years ago because of their guilt.
Gopal starts to look at his watch he has kept. Despite not being able to do anything to use it to help people, he still treasures it as he wants to keep it as a memory of his old times with his friends, especially for BoBoiBoy.
If he wasn't selfish, none of this would have happened, or he would've been more competent like the others rather than being a coward or dependant, he wouldn't lose someone he cared about. If he really does in the first place...
Gopal starts to cry from remembering the past and calls himself a loser, having to face worse consequences from his horrible actions.
Believing himself to nothing as this could be his fate.
Suddenly, his watch starts ringing like he's receiving a call which is from TAPOPS.
When he answers the call that generates a hologram, which is commander Kokoci, but it's recorded.
"This is commander Kokoci. I have to inform you that BoBoiBoy's father Amato has been located!"
Kokoci informs about the news that Amato is alive and they discover where he is.
But, most of the top superiors are somewhere else and he's asking someone he knew for help, which he's referring to as someone who has left TAPOPS years ago and they'll pick them up if they comply with their request.
Once the call is over, Gopal is hesitant as he barely do any actions for years because of his cowardice. But he starts to rethink if this could be his second chance to atone his past actions.

Later, Gopal went outside and found the TAPOPS Spaceship that landed in the center of the park.
Gopal hasn't seen the Ship for a long time which takes him back from the old times when they travel to space together.
But he hesitated to see everyone because of his actions that led himself to be hated. Gopal tries not to think about it but is willing to help TAPOPS out of atonement before he enters inside the spaceship.
Once he enters inside,
"You're late, Gopal."
He is "greeted" by Kokoci, along with, Adudu, Probe, GGG, and her mom with Mechabot in armor mode.
