Personality- Buzz is a hyperactive, quick-minded, & overimaginative tomboy, who loves to create art out of anything & everything, often at the expense of others' convenience. She was wildly popular in her short-lived show for being such a wild-spirited, wisecracking tomboy who rejected romance, working, & femininity, though that's ultimately what got her show cancelled in the end. Even so, she's always thinking outside the box. Even with how they were portrayed, she loves her siblings more than anything, although she doesn't seem to realize when they're not exactly happy with her.

Off show, she's practically the same, with the only notable difference being that she's not the witty or sassy type, (she'd rather leave that to Yakko & Sunny,) & she doesn't hate femininity as much as her show implies she does, she just thinks that it's not for her.
