(Dream)
The room was completely white, but there was a girl in the middle of the room. She was crying, about a missing friend. Slowly the room started getting darker, the girl stopped crying less and less, and she got bigger and bigger. She got off the ground and looked my way. It was me. I backed away, the other me just got closer. She grabbed my shoulders and squeezed tightly." Your not safe anymore, run, go, hide." My pulse quickened. My heartbeat began getting louder," he's going to hurt you keiko, close your feelings again."
My eyes widened and a memory flashed in my eyes.
(Flashback)
''Come on keiko, your going to miss it." I ran up the ledges of the mountain." I'm coming stop rushing me or I'm going to fall." The ground cracked under me and I fell. The ledge broke from under me.

I shook my head," your forgetting something, he jumped down after me, he sacrificed himself for me." The room got brighter again, and the girl faded." Save yourself." Was the last thing she said before being engulfed in the light.

I opened my eyes, I was in a large room, it was a light shade of purple. I slowly got up. The room was decorated with pictures of me and kid." This was my room when I stayed with him." I looked around," he hasent changed anything in here, it remains completely symmetrical and messy." I smiled, what time is it. I got out of the bed and opened the large door," I still remember this place like the back of my hand.
I smiled and walked left. There was a large staircase, leading to the kitchen. I walked in and looked around. Kid fell asleep reading a book.I looked at the book for a second," why is he reading a romance novel." I looked at the clock," its 5 in the morning. And its a Tuesday." I giggled quietly.
(When kid wakes up)
"Morning sleepyhead, how did that book taste." He popped up really fast." Your awake, wonderful, we all thought you die." I sighed and giggled. I got of from the table," want anything for breakfast." He was in deep thought," no, I normally don't eat breakfast, but the girls do, can you make them pancakes." I smiled and nodded. I put my hair up and started to cook.
Ok I'm done. A large stack of pancakes sat on the table. Kid was reading that novel again." Is that a romance novel your reading." He looked up from his book and nodded. I sighed and sat down. Patty walked in laughing and yelling. I took a pancake and put it in her mouth. Luckily it shut her up.
Liz walked in looking like a zombie." What happened to you Liz, you look tired." She groned and slammed her head on the table. Patty was stuffing her face with pancakes." Wow keiko, your an awesome cook." I nodded," so.. keiko, how's your mother." I looked around for a second before mumbling," um... she was killed... by a witch. It wasn't very long ago so I'm still kind of depressed about it."
Kid and the girls froze," do you know the witchs name... please tell me you do." I shook my head sadly," all I know is she was wielding snakes." I sighed and took a deep breath." We better get going," we have to go to school. We all rushed to get ready, well except me.
"Come on kid, its been forever, and if were late I pretty sure our dads aren't going to be happy." He yelled back down at me," hold on, I'm almost done.!" I stormed up the stairs and to kids room." You said that 30 minuets ago, let's go." I opened the door.
Kid was sleeping."KID IM GOING TO KILL YOU!" I grabbed his arm and dragged him out of bed. He hit the floor with a loud thud .I dragged him out of his room and down the stairs." Girls let's go, kid. Go get ready for school.... now." He jumped up and ran back upstairs." Girls go... I'm going to make sure this idiot gets to school. If were not other by nine, go to lord death about it and explain." They nodded and walked out of the manner.
(15 minuets later)
I sighed and walked upstairs," kid come on, were going to get in even more trouble if we don't go." I knocked on the door," no response." Kid." I knocked again, still no response. I opened the door and didn't see him. I looked around," kid were are you." Something landed on me and pinned me down." Let me go, please." I struggled to turn around," kid..... why did you do that."
He smiled," no reason, let's go." He picked me up and jumped out the window. I closed my eyes. The wind was blowing in my face, it felt nice." Keiko, if any one asks, I was cleaning and reorganizing my room." I nodded," fine but you owe me."
I opened my eyes when the wind stopped. We were in front of the academy. I grabbed his arm and ran inside. He tripped over a few steps, but didn't fall." Come now we have to talk to your dad about this." When we got to the death room we explained why we were late.
"Ok, well since you two haven't seen each other in a while, I guess its ok to skip for the next few days. I'll tell your teachers. Feel free to join classes next week if you want." I smiled," thanks," I grinned evil," grandpa." I grabbed kids arm and hurried away from him. The door was slowly dissapearing. I opened it hastily and jumped out.
''Keiko, why did you call him grandpa, you know how he gets." I grinned evily," just to piss him off, I miss seeing the old man mad like that." He chuckled," now, want to battle. I promise it won't end up like the last. I smiled," sure, lets wait for the girls to get out of class." He nodded in agreement," but until then, let's go explore."
