I worked all night treating him. My eyebrows knitted in confusion. The grounders treated his wound. I wonder why.

Monty interrupted me as I was treating his wound. Some areas got infected and I had to amputate it.

"Hey how is he?" Monty asked concerned.

"Fine I was treating him all night so he only made a sound was when I had to, um, operate." I say sighing. I lean against the wall and start to mix some oils. My muscles ache and exhaustion nahs at me.

"How about you?" I ask spilling some water into the mixture.

"Good except communications are fried." He says. I nod half awake.

"Try to use the bracelets. They send a single up, if you can get one that's live then you can re-wire it to the ship." I say sleepily.

"Oh! I didn't think of that!" He perks up with wide eyes. I nod still asleep while I expertly treat his wounds.

"Mmmm, I need you to send in Wells Finn and Clarke before you go ok?" I ask. He nods and leaves.

I look at my large sleeping black cougar creature. Flame. She was curled up in some blankets I set up for her. Hanging above the Cat was my small little owl perched on some fabric I hung.

I hear a faint moan of pain and I bolt out of my trance and start working. I give him some tea that calms people down relieves of pain. It's a recipe I made for doctors with this problem.

Wells and Finn rush inside looking worried while Clarke is slightly behind glaring at Wells.

"What's wrong?" Wells asked.

"I need you to go get this red seaweed that grows in a river. With that he will be fully healed. Clarke you are great with navigating and Wells with plants." I say. They nod.

"And me?" Finn asked. I call him closer so he can listen.

"Wells didn't turn in her father her mother did. So he's letting her hate him. You will act as a balance between the two and try to get Clarke to realize." I whisper.

His eyes widen.

"How did you know?" He asked.

"Honey I know everyone's secrets down here and above. I know about your little bird too. I'm not a perfect little angel but I also don't flaunt my knowledge around unless I have to." I say applying some paced on the wound.

He looks at me with a feeling I haven't encountered often. Fear. I can't help it if people spill their secrets. Oh well.

I shoo them out and give Finn a small smirk. He nods slightly in understanding and runs off to get medicine.

I run out of the ship quickly. I grab some water and a piece of meat from the hunting today. They shot a deer and brought it back then went out again.

I bring the raw slab of meat and water back inside. I quickly pour some sumac into the water and slowly dribble it into his mouth. He visibly relaxes.

I turn back to the medium size of meat. I cut away fat and cut up the meat. It cut one square of a corner then another but left the bottom rectangle. I then cut a strip off of one of the squares.

I quickly set them on a small contained fire. I set a little metal box with a hole on top, on top of the meat so it's smoked.

It finishes after a fare few minutes.

I put the giant rectangle on the floor with a small clothes so it doesn't get dirty. Flame snaps awake and devours the food. It lets out a satisfied pur and rolls back over.
