Mark wakes up a bit woozy, he puts his hand on his forehead remembering parts of his "dream". He looks at you and give a half hearted laugh 'I mean I doubt he would have magic spit ...but it would be cool' he gives small glances at you to make sure if anything happened while he was sleeping. It was as if you felt his burning stare and open your eyes.
You where in a curled up dog position so it looked kind of odd. He ignores it and walks off after saying "Good morning" and pecking your cheek. You smile after a few seconds and follow him down hopping off one step at a time even if it was dangerous.
*THUMP!!!*
Mark came running in after hearing that sound only to see you face planted on the floor. He picked you up and asked you questions "What happened!? I mean did you jump off the stairs?" He said timidly. You smile and cuddle him as if nothing happened.
"I mean, I was a really dumb kid but please don't follow after my steps of stupidity" he said rubbing his cheek against yours. "Your not dumb silly! You just have a fun way of thinking" you laughed hugging his face. To be honest you are really really tiny like only the size of his calf.
He smiled and put you down "what do ya want for breakfast bud?" He asked "I wanna go-gurt" you squeal happily. You run a head of him to the kitchen and jump on the table. "Uh you sure you don't want anything else?" You nod enthusiastically as he hands you one.
He sits beside you and leans on one hand. You began to eat the go-gurt slower as he gave you this conference look. "Look...uh...I'm beginning to think I'm not responsible enough to take care of you...a-and...I-it sorta hurts ya know? I was to much in the moment of having someone to accompany in my very only life b-but--" he was interrupted by you hugging him and hiding your fave in his neck.
He gives a cracked laugh as he hugs you back "I'm sorry you have to see me this way....it's just I want you to be safe" "but all the other kids where big meanies and the hurt every one!" You say. "I know I know...but I don't know what to do with you...I lost you once and I'm having issues as to what was a dream or a reality" he says.
You hug him tighter and begun to tear up. You have also gotten comfortable with you acquainted now legal father and the idea of him leaving you felt like watching Danny hurt again.
"Look just to make the two of us feel better...for the fun of it let's adopt a dog? Huh what do you think? We name 'er chica" you nod happily at his suggestion and he carried you to the car after getting what he needed for the ride.
