William was at the mountain where the rift was at it's last strike and William was on a call with the cube queen
Cube queen:so the cube should be there shortly hoping everything goes well
William:you sure you want to sacrifice a cube Just to make everything go like last time
Cube queen:this one volunteered just hope the rift doesn't give off any unwanted effects
William:yeah anyways I'll let you go until i get any updates on the cube
Cube queen:alright stay safe William
William then ends the call
William:*looks at the rift*alright where are you
The rift then starts to crackle
William:*looks at the time*ah just in time
Then a lightning struck causing the ground to shake and after a few seconds the cube arrived but it was different
William:what the
William then got close and the color was red instead of the casual purple cube
William:so you got a name or are you silent
???:are you the human that the queen told me about
William:yes I'm William and your name is
Revin:Revin i think sorry I'm a little dizzy from the landing
William:eh you'll get used to it first we need to do a check up to make sure everything is working properly but first i got to make a call
William then called the cube queen
Cube queen:did it arrive
William:yes but
William then showed the cube Queen the cube
Cube queen: that's impossible
William:what is
Cube queen:those types of cube should be extinct
William:well that explains why i never seen one but what's it doing here
Cube queen:ask it if it was always purple
William then turned to Revin
William:hey kid where you purple before
Revin:what are you saying i am purple
He then realized he wasn't purple
Revin:WHEN DID THIS HAPPEN
William: maybe the rift altered your dna making you a red cube
Cube queen:if so be careful around it red cubes are fueled by rage
William:so basically me but an actual nuke
Cube queen:oh oh god yeah that's basically what they are so i would keep an eye on it ok
William:ok thanks cube queen I'll keep you updated
William then ends the call
William: alright so let's do this check-up first is your defense mechanism a lot of cubes have one mostly to keep themselves safe by sending a large current of electricity striking the person who attacked it oh i need you to hit me
Revin:but won't you get hurt
William:with how many kids i have in my house currently this would only sting
Revin:ok
Revin then strikes William and instead of getting hurt he got teleported into the sky via rift
William:*falling*well this is new
William then brings out his wings and lands next to Revin
William:that wasn't supposed to happen
Must be the side effects of the rift
Revin:wait i wasn't supposed to teleport you
William:no you weren't William then got closer to the cube and saw the runes were different as well
William: incredible not only you changed color but you crafted an entirely different rune pattern
William then touched the runes but his mouth started burning
William:*HOT HOT HOT HOT SO HOT
William then found a nearby chug splash and drank it
William:*ahh*what the hell was that
William then returned to Revin
William: alright instead of just healing you it also gives up a burning sensation in your mouth like the spicy chug splash
Revin:so not a normal cube anymore am i
William:you're definitely something
William then noticed his arms reacting
William:i want to try something
William then used his cube bending and mixed the two types of Kevinite to make flaming hands
William:this is giving me so many ideas
William then grabbed a map
William: alright here's the map of the island and i drew the path you need to take if you follow it you will see a like since you can go in the water it will allow you to become it and I'll give you further introductions when you get there
Revin:ok
William:one more thing are you sure you want to do this you are literally giving up your full form and becoming just a pile of shards
Revin:eh i got nothing else to lose
William:wow you are surprisingly calm about this
Revin:my life is in shambles so yeah i am depressing
William: anyways I'll see you again soon
William then opens a portal and then leaves
Revin:weird guy
Back at the meowscules house William was in the lab with Jules and midas
Jules:this is incredible a whole new rune pattern and the return of an extinct cube species
Midas:this rift butterfly you saw can't be ours
William:That's what I'm starting to wonder about this reality
Jules:so we could be looking at a second zero point
William:could be but i don't know me and visitor have been keeping tabs on the energy waves of the rift and from what these charts are saying it's more powerful then ours
Midas:well whatever it is let's not have it get in the way of our current mission
William:yeah your right but you know my main priorities
Midas:i know i know. protect the cubes at all cost
Jules: alright I'm heading to bed
Midas:yeah me too
They both then leave
William:i should probably head home as well
William then opens a portal and leaves and the scene ends
Alright that's gonna do it it's nice that fortnite themselves gave the cube a name and not just the community but anyways i hope you enjoy it and stay fresh and purple
