Chapter 10 'I Fell For You'

Ariana smiled at Zayn. The word 'awkward' was flying around her mind. It wasn't awkward for Zayn,though. He really wanted to tell Ari about his feelings. He was expecting that it will happen soon. Ari's gonna know about his feelings.

Before Harry could sit beside Ariana,Zayn did. Ariana froze on her spot. She didn't know what she was feeling.

"Umm,hey. Ariana,I'm,I'm sorry about the kiss. We both know it was an accident,yeah?" Zayn asked Ari.

Ariana cleared her mind. Yeah,it was an accident after all. But why did she even tell it to Jordan in a different way? And why was she feeling like that?  She got conufused and thought to herself that she was such an idiot.

"Y-yeah..it was an accident after all. It..it's okay." Ariana mumbled,trying not to look at Zayn, "I'm sorry,too. I was the one who tripped..I was clumsy. Sorry."

"So,are we fine now?" Zayn asked.

"Yes,yes we're..um,fine." Ariana said and looked down.

"If we're really fine now,why don't you look at me." Zayn mumbled making Ari's eyes widen.

She didn't look at Zayn, "Ariana,will you please look at me?" he asked.

"Anything alright here,mate?" Harry asked butting in while nudging me. He thinks I like Ari,that's why.

"Yeah,you know..we're just. Just chatting." Zayn turned to look at Harry.

"Oh okay,okay." Harry said cheekily as he winked at Zayn,he was thinking something was going on between the two.

Zayn turned back to Ariana, "Hey,come on. Look at me. Please."

Ariana slowly lifted her head up. Finally deciding to look at Zayn. [this narration thing wasn't easy at all so i guess i changed my mind i'll come back to doing POVs ahaha]

Ariana's POV:

I finally decided to look at Zayn. He smiled at me and I smiled to. There was this feeling I don't know . I was nervous. I really don't now why. Guh,it's probably because I want Zayn to be the peanut butter to my jelly and the butterflies I feel in my belly. Well,...he is already the butterflies I feel in my belly. I sighed looking down again.

"Zayn,we need to head back stage to get ready for our performance." I looked up again and saw Harry pulling Zayn.

"Wanna come with us backstage?" Zayn asked.

I nodded. "Sure,I'll catch up. So the public won't go crazy,y'know?" He smiled and followed Harry backstage.

A minute or two later...I followed backstage. Zayn already changed his outfit. I looked around if there were paps or any camera around before going to Zayn and the boys. Luckily,the paps weren't allowed to go backstage only celebrities and a few staff were allowed so I went to Zayn.

Zayn's POV:

Ariana followed backstage so I decided this should be it. Good thing we didn't need to perform for a few more minutes,I can talk to her now.

When she came closer I looked at the boys. They haven't noticed that I'm not with them so I took the time to talk to Ariana.

"Hey Ari,can we talk." She nodded and we went to a quiet corner.

"What do you want Zayn?"

"I wanted to tell you something.." I took a deep breath after.

"Okay,go ahead." She said smiling at me. What a cute dimple.

"Look. The first time I laid my eyes on someone like you. I,I can't forget the hour. That..That moment with you.." I took a deep breath. "I don't know Ariana but it was quicker than lightning. I fell for you. I'm already in love with you.. I don't care if you don't feel the same but I'm happy now that I told you.

She let out a little laugh. What the? She would just laugh? "What's so f-funny about what I said?" My thought went crazy after...

What if she doesn't feel the same?

Is she laughing at me because she already has a boyfriend?

Maybe she'll say 'Let's just be friends' afterwards.

No. No. Ouch. That'll hurt.

What if....

"Zayn. I feel the same." she suddenly blurted out interrupting my thoughts.

"Really? Then why did you laugh?" my face suddenly lightened up.
