I walk, until I happen upon a puddle of water, I bend over and peer into it, and to my surprise, I see a girl. She has flame red hair and a rosy cheeks. Her eyes are a deep blue and are glazed in sadness. Her nose is small and round and her lips are a soft pink, drawn in a frown. I go to touch my face and realize the girl is doing the same, copying me. I touch my hair next and she does the same, so hesitation.
"A-are you copying me?" I say. It has been so very long since I had spoken, so my voice was still rough and shaky. The girl moved her lips at the exact same time as me. As if she knew what I would say.
"Is this an illusion?" I seemed to be asking a one sided question. I waved a the girl, who again copied me. I made an array of faces, to which she did the same to all. "Are you me?" She won't answer me... I just have to believe she is...
"Well, I'm leaving now..." I stated. My voice still shaky.
"Then I'll be seeing you later..." I froze, surprised to hear it talk back.
