I opened my eyes, standing up, finding myself in a strange world, it was covered in mist and fog, swirling around like a river. A large moon was surrounded by bloody red clouds creating a flurry of contrasting colors. The sky around it was blue and a shine of gold light was sent down from above.
I looked down at my feet to see I was covered in dark clothing. I also noticed the rock underneath my feet. I was on a ledge, the bottom dow below covered in the same shining mist. I could feel someone behind me. I turned in time to notice a creature, it was black and shadowy, white trailing off of it.
I was sent back.
"MELODY!!!" The creature screamed in an inhuman voice, it sounds almost mechanic and tinny yet organic and emotional at the same time. I shut my eyes as it's lanky arms hit me, throwing me off my feet. The creature looked at me its sun colored eyes staring at me, dripping with light. I carped my arms around me tightly, I was in the air, noting under me, and I started to fall. I opened one eye, revealing the world around me growing smaller as I flew down and down, further from what couldn't possibly be called reality. My whipped and writhed in the wind, passing me by as I propelled downward. My hands were clammy from gripping me so tightly, I spread them apart, opening them and forcing me to spin, my face now looking down on what on what lay below me, I could the feel myself picking up speed, the air flying past me was sharper and faster, as if it was going to cut my skin. I opened my eyes one more time to see the ground in from tot me, but aI fell right through it...
I'm not allowed the happiness of leaving this hell, I continue on in the dark...
