Matthew Michael Murdock is not only Daredevil. He is also a lawyer. The whole vigilante part had to be covered up somehow.

It was seven in the morning. His voice alarm was going off.

"Seven! Seven! Seven!" Matt extended his arm to turn it off. He sat up and stared at the end of his bed. There was a patient of his that needed him for a case. The case seemed to be a manslaughter. Five men died of both knife wounds and gun shots. Matt had to plead this man innocent.

The blind man turned his body and stood up on the side of his bed to walk over to where he knew his dresser was and opened the drawers to get a nice suit for today. The suit Matt chose was grey with a white shirt, a red tie, and a red napkin. He changed into his suit before grabbing his walking stick for assistance to walk places and his brief case. Unfolding it, Matt stared in front of him. He wondered on what Foggy and Karen had to say about the case so far.

Walking across the streets, Matt listened to heartbeats of others. Some were fast, some were slow, and some were average. Thump thump. Thump thump. He began to listen to other sounds while swaying his walking stick side to side, on his way to the Law office.

Once Matt arrived at the Nelson & Murdock: Attorneys at Law office, he got greeted by both Foggy and Karen.

"Hey, Foggy." Murdock nodded once, "Karen." He smiled and walked into his office after setting his brief case by the side of his desk. Foggy had walked into Matt's office to converse about the case.

"So, Matt, I found out more about our client..." Foggy began, opening a file, "His name is James Kingsley. James had claimed that it was for self-defence. The five men looked like they worked for Fisk, he claimed. Black tuxedos and everything. They were armed with pistols and all that Kinsley had was an ACR."

"The five men had attacked Kingsley because he betrayed or doubted Fisk's beliefs. Kingsley decided to grab hold of an ACR that happened to be with him during the attack then shot all five of the men. I heard there were also knife wounds. Do we have any idea on where they came from yet? Perhaps a second person assisted Kingsley?" Matt stated, leaning back in his chair.

"First of all, that seems pretty legit. As for the knife wounds, no. We don't have an idea on where they have came from." Foggy said while placing the file on Matt's desk. "Matt, this is a pretty big case for us. Do you think we're ready for one like this?"

"Of course." Matt smiled and stood up to place a hand on Foggy's shoulder. "We'll try as hard as we can to get this man innocent. If we lose, we just need to try harder. That's all." He attempted to reassure Foggy. Matt Murdock would try hard to get in depth information for this case to succeed... To win.
