"I told you not to walk around campus alone Sam." Gabriel's words snapped Sam from his daze and the pounding pain in his head.
"Now I'm gonna have to baby you." Gabriel grinned and Sam couldn't help but smile weakly.
"Thank you Gabriel." Sam responded, attempting to sit up but Gabriel put a hand on Sam's chest. Sam looked up at Gabriel curiously.
"I'm the nurse now, so sit and stay." Gabriel gave Sam a look before he went behind the counter of the little coffee shop, getting some ice for Sam's eye and getting a rag for the blood. Sam waited patiently, touching the wound and wincing.
Gabriel returned, handing Sam the small pack of ice as he put the rag on the wound. Sam held the ice to his black eye, flinching at the pressure on his wound.
"Sorry Sasquatch." Gabriel sat on the table next to Sam, his other hand on Sam's collarbone to comfort him.
"It's alright Gabe." Sam pulled the ice from his eyes and sighed as he let the pain take its toll.
Gabe pouted as he couldn't really reach well enough. He stood and set himself in Sam's lap, who looked surprised.
"Calm down kiddo." Gabriel smiled a bit, "I couldn't reach." He cleaned up the rest of the blood on Sam's forehead, Sam trying to keep calm with Gabriel so close. Gabe had grabbed the first aid kit as well, taking a wipe to disinfect the wound. Sam had his hands on Gabriel's legs, watching as he focused on Sam's injuries.
"What?" Gabe smiled wider and Sam looked away quickly.
"Nothing." Sam shook his head and Gabriel sighed as he put a bandage on Sam's head wound.
Sam looked back at Gabe who stopped working, his head tilted and eyes looking at him worriedly but in the cutest way. 'Who was allowed to be this cute?' Sam thought for a second.
"We've only been friends, for like what? a week." Gabe nodded to Sam. "-But you warm up to me like we've been friends for years."
Gabriel stared blankly at Sam before he laughed happily.
"Because I like you Sam, you may have a thick skull, no offense." Sam glared a bit. "But you deserve this. Your family may have been a bit rough on your lifestyle but your smile is filled with real happiness that makes everyone smile... Even I can't help but smile.."
Gabe realized he was running his mouth, freezing as he looked at Sam who was surprised. Gabe looked down in embarrassment, half chuckling to himself a bit more.
Sam wrapped his arms around Gabe's waist, pressing their foreheads together.
"You're the weirdest coffee barista I've ever met." Sam grinned and Gabriel blushed lightly.
"In a good way or bad?" Sam pulled Gabe's body closer, his grin widening before he kissed Gabriel. Gabe eased into the kiss, quickly kissing back as he wrapped his arms around Sam's neck. Gabe shivered as Sam licked his lip, asking for entrance. How could Gabe say no to him?
After a long and slow make out session, Gabriel had his fingers tangled in Sam's hair and Sam's hands up Gabriel's shirt. Both were panting, their lungs dying for air.
Gabriel smiled and trailed his hands away, over Sam's chest and gripping the flannel.
Sam was about to go in for another kiss, Gabriel gladly going in as well before Sam kissed his nose. Gabe whined and looked at Sam, pouting slightly.
"Save it for later." He whispered into Gabe's ear, causing him to hold onto him tighter.
"You know I get impatient Sam..." Sam chuckled softly and nipped his ear lightly, only causing Gabe to whine some more.

Sam woke up late the next morning, limbs tangled together with Gabriel's. He didn't mind though, missing classes to see Gabe deep in his sleep was worth it.
