RECAP
He took a step towards me, our bodies getting closer. He put his hands on my waist, and the space between our faces started getting closer. I looked into his eyes, searching for his emotions. They looked loving and caring. Our faces getting even closer, and I closed my eyes.

I felt his hand touch my face. Even though I had my eyes closed I had my gut telling me that he was getting closer. I wrapped my arms around his neck.
Even though my eyes we closed I could feel him getting closer. Before I knew it I could feel his lips against mine. Was this really happening? Is Darick, the cutest guy in school kissing me.
I didn't know whether to kiss him back or pull away. I went with my gut and kissed him back. This could be the last time I ever kissed him.
I was so involved in the moment that I didn't hear the door open. I don't think Darick did either. The moment I realised that someone was behind me was when I felt ice cold water down my head. I pulled away from the kiss and about punched Stephiny and Paysley.
"What was that for?" I yelled.
"REVENGE!!!!!!!" they responded.
"Couldn't you two see that we were in the moment?" Darick asked.
"Yeah, that's what makes it so much more funny." They said laughing.
"Oh, and your daddy wants you inside. He looked REALLY mad!!!!" Paysley piped up.
"Did he say what it was about?" I asked.
"Oh, he just said it was about you getting your butt home so late." Stephiny answered.
Oh crap. This could be bad. I went inside and was waiting for the yelling I was going to get.
"Why were you out so late?" my dad asked.
"Dad, I am 16. I have a life and I think I can say I now have a boyfriend."
"I think you can say you have a boyfriend." I heard as Darick put his hands on my waist.
"Get your hands off of my little girl!!!" my dad yelled at Darick.
Stephiny and Paysley came in after they heard dad yelling.
"DAD!! Lay off." I said. " Darick is a good kid."
"Well, I had fun tonight. I think I should get going." Darick said.

I belted out at the top of my lungs. "Stay, stay, stay

"Darick? Can I talk to you a minute?" my dad asks calmly.
"Uh, sure?" Darick answered. Well more like asked.
"I think we should get you to bed missy!" Paysley and Stephiny yelled pulling me up the stairs.
I answered them, "You know I acted like I was tired so that I could get out of that awkward situation."
"Acca-sccuse me??" Stephiny asked.
"Yeah we know!!" Paysley exclaimed. "You better acca-believe it."
"Now you have to tell us EVERY detail." Stephiny piped up.
"Well, he picked me up and didn't tell me where we were going. I knew he was taking us to the lake when we passed the tree on the corner. We sat on the hill and had a picnick dinner thing. We sat there and talked for a while. He ran to the pick-up so I followed him. While he was driving me home he stopped the pick-up and got out and ran to a field. I followed him and he was laying down looking at the stars. It then started to rain. He ran in front of the pick-up and started dancing. That's when I got YOUR texts telling me to get home. He drove the rest of the way home. He walked me up to the door, and then I felt his lips brush against mine. That's when YOU interupted my perfect moment. Thanks alot guys!!" I yelled at them.
I closed my eyes and brought back the memory of our kiss. I finally opened my eyes to see Darick standing in front of me. He leaned in for another kiss.
After Darick got up I closed my eyes again thinking to myself, 'this was one of the best nights of my life!!'
