Lillian POV
London was a beautiful place. You know if you ignore he scowls people give you when they realize you America, the non stop rain that pours down over your head, and the way you can see a person for once second, and lose them in a sea of people the next. Yeah, it's so beautiful.
"Brilliant place right?" Louis asked cheerfully as he raised an umbrella above our heads.
"Yeah, brilliant," I murmured sarcastically.
As we ran to our connecting flight, I pushed the thought of my father out of my head. Now I was probably only a few miles away from him, compared to before when there was at least a 2000-mile distance between us. I grimaced; I never liked the rain, with rain came lightning and with lightning came thunder. Something I was not fond of.
"Hurry up, or we'll miss our flight," Louis chided, and I picked up my pace.
Once we were settled, I relaxed onto my seat. "So why are we going to this other place?"
"Well, I met your family, it's only fair that you meet mine."
I jumped out of my seat. "Wait, we're meeting your family, now?"
"In about an hour or so," he said nonchalantly.
"You do know, I'm wearing a pair of sweatpants, a tank top, my hair is a disgusting mess, and I have absolutely no makeup on my face right?"
He snickered, and I smacked him on the arm.
"Louis! I'm serious! I'm nowhere near presentable!"
He rolled his eyes. "It's not like you really care about that kind of stuff."
"No, but I'm meeting your parents for the first time, I should at least look somewhat nice."
"They won't even care about that kind of stuff."
"Really? How would you know?"
"Your mom didn't care when I wasn't dress up or anything."
I threw my hands up in the air. "That's totally different, my mom wouldn't care if you came to her house in your birthday suit, because you're good looking! And since you're a guy, you have no say in this. Either way, we're stuck together for the next two months, and your parents are probably going to play a big part in helping us find this guy. So I want to get on their good side."
"We're not really married or anything, they'll understand."
I gaped at him, and hit him with the pillow in my seat. "It's because we're 'married' that I have to be presentable. Geez! Why are you guys so clueless?"
"Whoa, whoa, whoa. No need to bring my masculinity into this." I rolled my eyes. What masculinity? Other than Christian, you're probably the most feminine guy I've ever met. The Tumblr pictures Trish showed me just proved that fact.
"I still can't meet them like this," I grumbled.
"Well you can always change in the car,"
"With you sitting right next to me? No thanks."
"I won't look promise." He said with a wink. "It's not like I haven't seen all of it already."
I blushed and pushed him gently, not meeting his eyes. "You're such an ass, you know that?"
He chuckled. "Yes, love. I know,"
I tried to ignore the feeling I got in the pit of my stomach when he called me that in that stupid accent of his.
