Avalynn's POV:

I got into my wheelchair, as Sarah rolled me to the elevator. We went down stairs to the cafeteria where there were parents of kids here, or just regular people. See, the LKP was connected to the London's General Hospital, so there were sometimes people who maybe broke an arm or leg here, and people who had Cancer or were extremely ill. Sarah and I passed a girl who was on crutches, she looked to be about eight. She was crying really loudly, but when she saw me and how much hair i've already lost, she stopped crying. She gave me a small smile, before crutching away with her dad. "Your first look. How's it feelin'?" Sarah chuckled, punching me on the arm.

"You're annoyin' you know that." I pointed out, grabbing a Tuna Salad Sandwhich from the cooler.

I grabbed onto the IV trolly pulling myself off the wheelchair. I was currently wearing my PINK sweatpants and the hospital dress with no shoes or socks on. Sarah was wearing her black PINK sweatpants that match mine, with a Abercrombie & Fitch long sleeve shirt that hugged her body. Every guy I looked at would be eyeing her up and down, which made me frown, knowing i'm no longer eye candy for any boy. Sarah was oblivious to all of the guys checkin' her out, which made me chuckle. I took her sandwhich from her and put them on the counter for the lady. "Love, food here is free for patients. And if you don't like hospital food, our nurses will show you a better place to eat in the hospital. I'm Lola!" She smiled.

"Thank you Lola. I'm Avalynn Church. I love the accent by the way." I nodded, taking the sandwhich's and setting myself back onto the wheelchair.

"You must be the new cancer patient here. Big fan of your dad's. Oh, and you're the one with the accent, love." She winked, waving goodbye as Sarah wheeled us back upstairs. We got back to the main level where our room was; Sunny and Charlie greeting us on the way. I now know all the nurses in the building, since its already been a week of being here. My mom and dad come here every morning and every night, while Sarah goes home next week for three days. I haven't heard much from Brian, Uncle Kip or Aunty Moo (Sarah's mom) in a while, but i've heard the farms doing well.

"One Direction! One Direction!" A faint crowd cheered. Sarah and I's faces snapped to look at eachother, as our hearts began to beat through our chests. We quickly hooked me back up to the IV and wheeled down the hall towards the small cheers. We saw my two favorite patients, Chloe and Morgan. They were both eight, and both had Stomach Cancer just like me. They were running towards the Black Hall which was a Hall for large meetings or the gym for the little kids. The cheers became larger, as the door opened up. Right inside those doors, Zayn's gaze caught mine.

He didn't recognise me. Maybe he didn't see me? The doors slowly closed, and I saw Niall's jaw drop as Sarah's hand waved at him frantically. I just saw One Direction, and oddly enough, i'm totally calm. Part of me was sort of mad to see Zayn; he hasn't texted me or got in contacted me since I came to London. Niall recognised Sarah, and all I get was a short little glimps from Zayn as he turned back to his fans. It stung, it really hurt me. I guess I do probably look different from the hair loss, and I might be a little pale from the blood loss.

"Sarah, lets go see Toby.. Haven't seen him in a while." I sighed.

"Um, I don't know if you realize, but One Direction are right there. The only thing that seperates us from them are two black doors." Sarah stated obviously.

"Sarah, we'll see them some other time. I'd rather talk to someone who knows me." I said angrily.

She didn't move me, so I grabbed the IV and wheeled myself to Toby's. Sarah met up with me half way down the hall, and helped me with the IV. We made it to Toby's room to see him playing video games against Doctor Hudson; but we call him H Doc. H Doc was winning, and Sarah and I watched as he conquered Toby. I watched in awe, and I was almost positive Sarah was doing the same. Back in Texas, we didn't have video games or even a t.v in our house, so to see what they could do on the screen was really cool.
