Chapter 8- Any Hope for Dia

EMMA POV

I go back to my dorm.

I think about Dnaniel and how upset he must be.

I go over to his dorm.

I nock on the door.

I open it just a crack and see Daniel looking at photos of him and Mia.

"Hey Daniel." I say calmly.

He smiles.

"Look, I know it must be hard, so if you need anyone to talk to, I'm right here!" I inform him.

"Thanks Em." He turns around and holds my hand, he gives me that cheesy 'i think im in love' smile.

I pull back and pretend that i was just itchy.

I say "Goodbye." And walk out of there.

I look behind me and i shut the door. I turn around and see Jax standing their with his crossed arms, tapping his toes.

"Its not what it looks like!" I argue.

He raises his eyebrows.

"I was just in there to comfort him." I argue again.

"And how do you do that?!" Jax responded.

"What do you mean?" I'm confused.

"Remember when you comforted me when my powers were just taken away? You kissee me. Now i think thats happening to me right now!" Jax says being a bit smart about it.

"I wouldnt kiss him! Thats just, thats just pathetic. I love you! Dont I? Besides, did I help him defeate his evil dad?" I comment.

"Your right! I trust you! 100%!" Jax says. I hug him

JAX POV
As Emma hugs me, i tell myself to be cautious of Daniel, and Emma!

"We should probably get going. We have the staff meeting." Emma says.

"Oh, yeah, yay!" I say sarcastically.

We head straight there.

"...and the students need something else to do but learn." Finishes Desdemona.

I'm over at the coffee machine making Emma and I a coffee.

I take it over to her and lean on the top of her chair.

"So, what ideas do you people have?" Aganemnon asks.

Everyones silent.

I look over and see Mia and Daniel looking at each other but trying to avoid it.

I look down at Emma, it looks like shes trying to say something but doesnt know how to.

"And remember, their are no bad ideas!" Lily tries to encourage us.

Its silent for about a secound until Andi just spits something out.

"WHAT IF WE DO SOME KIND OF BUISNESS. A PIZZA PARLOR, A ZOMBIE APOCOLIPSE ROLEPLAY, OR A ARCADE. OR EVEN BETTER, WHY DONT WE HAVE ALL OF THEM."

"Thats just things you want for yourself!" Diego says laughing.

"Yeah, like pretty, beutiful girls like me, are going to do that!" Maddie teases.

"Lily, you said that their are no bad ideas?!" Andi complaines.

"Well, that was a silly idea!?" Lily compares.

Andi slides back in her chair.

I look down again, and see Emma still trying to say something.
