Scarlett the Guardian of the Seasons

Chapter 1: How it all started

Hi there. My name is Scarlett.
Before anything else, i wanna tell you how it happened starting from how I ended up here.

I dont remember anything befpre i ended up in the lake. Or even, how i ended up in a lake
And no, i am NOT kidding
I felt cold and wet
I opened my eyes and gasped
How can i gasp without choking? I dunno, ask the moon.
I could see the moon and the stars through the ice. I was under a frozen lake
The moon's light was shining on me. I could feel it pulling me up
And before i knew it, i was on top of the frozen lake. The ice wasnt even shattered.
I felt something in my hand. Something tall amd wooden.
I sat up and in my right hand was a wooden staff. It had a hooked top
I stood up, balancing myself with my staff.
I looked at my reflection in the ice.
I was about seventeen. I had fiery red hair with a streak of silver on the right side tied in a ponytail. I wore a silverish blue tunic, a silver faded cloak ans a pin that looked like a ruby Phoenix with a silver rose in its tallons, black leggings, a thick black chocker necklace with a red gem hanging on it, and i was barefooted. The only thing wired was a star shapped scar on the palm of my right hand
I looked around me and saw the most beautiful place i've ever seen (even if i was just alive a few moments ago)
It looked like a cove. With hreen moss on the rocks. Trees were everywhere, each of them were a different season, Winter, Easter, Spring, and Summer. A frozen lake ( the one i was standing on) was circled by leaves, a flowing waterfall was connected to the lake, and there was a big, grand tree.
"Where am I?" I asked. Even though i knew nobody was gonna answer. But to my surprise the moon spoke to me.
And no i am not crazy.
Hello Scarlett. You are in the garden of the four seasons
I looked at the moon
"Who are you? And how can the moon talk?"
I am the man on the moon. And your name is Scarlett. I will guide you for now. But you will find your own way all in time.
"So, guide me then. What am I doing here? And what is this?" I asked presenting my staff

As for why you are here, all will be explained in time.
You know that frustrating feeling when grown ups won't tell you stuff? Yeah, well, it's happening
But for now he said I will tell you what I can. You are special, Scarlett. You have the powers to control the elements. Fire, water, ice, earth, and wind. You can use your staff to use these powers. Even without it you can be a powerfull ally. Or a dangerous enemy.
He said it like a warning
I must leave you for now. But your time will come. Remember that
And like that the moon light around me was gone
Powers, huh? I thought
I skated over to a summer tree and placed the top of my staff on it "Ice." I said
Frost spread all around the tree until it was completely frozen.
I laughed felling happy
I skated over to a winter tree and placed my hand on the bark
Fire i thought
A small spark started. Until the tree was completely on fire
I screamed and trust my arms forward
"WIND!!!" A gust of wind shot forward. But it only made it worse, spreading it to another tree
I screamed yet again
Im pretty sure they could here me even in China
I ran over to the waterfall. Making stone staircases to lifte up until i was near the top of the waterfall
I pointed my staff from the waterfall to the burning trees
Water came from the waterfall to the burning trees
Thankfully the trees werent damaged
But then i looked down and saw that the stone staircase was gone
I screamed again then i realized
"Wait. Why am I not falling?"
Then i smirked "AND WHY AM I COMPLAINING?!"
i shot ypward laughing and shouting "YAHOO!!"

Then i suddenly stopped and broke several tree branches. Then i landed on a sturdy one.
"That. Was. Awesome!" I said laughing and lying down
Then i saw a village nearby and heard music and laughing
It was a village celebrating a festival
Then i flew to the village
