Meeting Tom

Hey! My name is Annette however I am mostly know as Netty by friends, family and even people on YouTube! This story is about me and a few other wonderful people! I have my ups and downs but everything turns out great! So enough of me! Let's start the story!

I was in the car, with Stampy driving, doing nothing! I was being dragged to his friend squid's house because I had nothing better to do. My mum and dad always did this to me! Stampy would go and see the world and he would take me! I didn't want to see the world! I didn't want to end up like Rachel! Oh no! Rachel leaves us for about 6 months every year and when she comes back a week later she leaves again for another 6 months. My mum and dad think it's amazing and they are proud of her but I think it's terrible! If I left then I wouldn't be able to watch my little brother grow up! I don't know how she isn't guilty for missing nearly everything that has happened to stamps. So once again I was going to squids house to do nothing.

We got there at the right time because it had started to rain. I got out the car and waited. Stampy got out and knocked on the door. I had my head in my phone when the door swung open. "Hey stamps!" Squid exclaimed. He pulled Stampy into a hug.
"Hey squid! Netty's acting normally with her head in her phone!" Stampy laughed. I then looked up. "Oh hey!" I said with a fake cheery voice.
"Come on you two! It's lashing down!" (A/N real quick! Lashing down is an expression British people use. It means raining heavily) we both then walked into squids house.

Everyone was on the sofa when I heard someone come down the stairs and come into the living room. "Oh great! I have to socialise!" I thought.
"Hey squid! Here's the cap you borrowed me!" A Yorkshire accent said.
"Thanks Tom! Before you go there is someone I would like you to meet!" Squid exclaimed. He was going to introduce me to this 'Tom' person! Ugh! "This is Netty, Stampy's sister." At this point I had to look up with a big smile on my face because it would look rude. Wow. He was so handsome! He had the biggest smile anyone could imagine! "Hi!" I said really shyly.
"Hey!" He said back. He put out his hand for me to shake it so I did. Smiling the whole time because wow this boy was cute! "How about you two get to know eachother a little bit!" Stampy said.
"Sure!" Tom said and we both started to walk out. I gave Stampy the 'Thank you so much for letting me spend time with him!' Look. We just sat on the stairs in and talked.

"So I'm guessing Stampy dragged you here seen as you had your head in your phone!" Tom exclaimed. "Well it was my parents and him. They want me to end up like my sister Rachel but I don't want to. She is never here! She is always on holiday!" I answered. Tom looked so interested in what I had to say! Amazing! "Well I just finished recording. I have to borrow some caps some times because I have Alopecia. People call me names like baldy and it hurts so I wear a cap." Tom said. I kinda felt bad for him! It's not his fault! "That's terrible! No one should say things like that!" I exclaimed. He shrugged his shoulders. "It just comes with the job of being a you tuber!" He answered. HE WAS A YOUTUBERS?!?!? Woah! "So do you play video games?" I must've taken a long time to answer because Tom was asking me a question. Whoops! "No not really. That's more of Stampy's area!" I replied. He looked at me with a big smile and dragged me upstairs.

We ended up in a room with a desk with 2 computers and a bunch of collectable items. "What are we doing?" I asked.
"This is mine and squids office. We record videos in here. I'm going to introduce you to games!" He exclaimed. He made me sit down in a big chair that said 'GT omega racing' on the front. He rolled another chair over to where I was and went on minecraft. I had heard of it because Stampy played it and would tell us what he did but I had never played! He made a world where I I had to try not to die which was called 'survival' he taught me how to walk,run,sprint,jump,break,hit,place and eat. I did everything I needed to do and then we went onto 'creative' where he taught me how to fly. He then told me that you can only fly on 'creative'. We spent hours playing and somewhere in the middle he joined my world on 'creative'. We built a whole city when Stampy called us down.

"Yeah!" I said as I got to the bottom of the stairs where he was standing.
"We have to go now. Mum and dad will be wondering where we are!" Stampy replied. I was about to go out of squids house when Tom called me. I turned around and he threw me a minecraft character with a piece of paper on the back. It had his phone number on. I smiled at him and walked out of the door.

"Well you two got along nicely!" Stampy said to break the silence.
"Yeah! He taught me how to play video games!" I replied. In my mind I imagined him to scream at him because he was the video gamer in the family however, he didn't! "That's great! One day we could play minecraft together!" He exclaimed. Achievement unlocked: little brother isn't angry! I smiled and studied the minecraft figure again.
